I believe DeOrio's position is that LTG, a vexatious litigant who abuses copyright law to dox people critical of him, and someone who uses his platform on YouTube to spread said dox, is someone actually deserving of deplatforming.
The reasoning against Ethan Klein wasn't that he was pro-deplatforming at all (after all, most everyone would agree with deplatforming pedos and zoos), it was that he, someone who had been pro-free speech and pro-edgy content for forever, was going against the principles he had preached for years to try and deplatform Keemstar, someone he just didn't personally like.
DeOrio believes that the acceptance people have for deplatforming predatory sexpests extends to people who use their platforms to maliciously target and dox others (think Britbong or Zoom), as it crosses the line in a similar enough way for most people to consider it abusive.
In my opinion, I have no problem with this take, since it stops doxes from being flung on YouTube or Twitter, and let's us have an almost-monopoly on the e-celeb dox industry
