ok on a more serious note here is what i take from this.
i do not doubt omnia is unhinged and doing all that manipulative bullshit. but kai isn't showing any evidence of him particularly denouncing or stopping omnia from doing shit like photoshopping alts and stalking HP, so i'm pretty sure he was up to some fucked up shit and said some fucked up shit too and ofc he's going to omit that from these posts.
basically, they were a match made in hell and likely enabled the fuck out of each other. i still stand by thoughts of them being bullies.

but where is the proof of omnia attacking you, kai? why didn't you give details on what, exactly she did, when she attacked you? because her bruising looks really fucking bad and it lines up with her claim that he held her down and hit her in the face. if she attacked you, and you have no information to give on how that would show it was necessary to use that amount of force on a short fat girl, then sorry dude i'm not buying it. you're sounding extremely fucking suspicious.

as many have said right now it's all he said she said. the receipts kai has provided have not vindicated him, they only showed that he did in fact purchase these gifts. i don't know if law cares about taking gifts back or not, so idk how relevant that is here. also no information on how this fight even transpired. none of them have said anything about it. we have no context.

i only say i need context because i know there's many cases of bitches violently chimp out on their bfs then play victim when the guy swings back, but i am not giving the benefit of the doubt to a guy with a history of assholeish behavior while the victim in question has actual proof of an attack. the only proof kai provided was over "not stealing" and petty internet drama.

I never liked Kai or Omnia from the Hopeless Peaches drama and I disliked Thumin from how she promoted harassing japanese vtubers because they said nigga while playing GTA and cited that because blm protests happen in places like tokyo (which is a heavily populated area), it means japanese people know nigga is a racial slur in the us despite english not being a first language for many of them and therefore they're being anti-black and how vtuber fans are racist. weeb sperg i know but thats part of the reason why she rubbed me the wrong way.

honestly i just want to say its the production of toxicity and if you thought the regular commentary community was full of backstabbing, god knows what is going on the art commentary because unlike the regular commentary community, people within the art community are almost forced to like and support each other unless you are an acceptable target. in the regular one you can just call keemstar a bitch and get over it but god forbid you call Omnia or Thumin one.

Too be fair, just because Kai is a bitch and did this stuff, doesn't automatically mean that these claims are false - Omnia herself did herself say before that she was keeping an eye on Peaches' accounts and keeping tabs on her.

It's just hard to swallow if it is true coming from the abuser.

and unfortunately since Kai is public enemy number 1, no one is going to believe that Thuman and Omnia are two faced and/or justify the fact that Omnia basically admitted to stalking peaches. expect it wasn't stalking it was "just keeping tabs on her".

Anyone who dares to even offer a little criticism at Omnia will be seen as a bad person because she was legit abused. Even if you don't like her, people will lynch ya right now.

Granted, I think that's a bit overboard, because it's not like if say anyone on this site who has a thread dedicated to them legitimately went through something traumatic - Like losing a loved one or getting abused like her - It's not like that criticism magically goes away or the fact that people can dislike them either.

Hell, go on twitter, and you got people acting like the world is black and white - that just because people 'disliked' Omnia but think she shouldn't have gone through this crap are now being treated as bad people.

Just... Like really? If even the people who don't like you are showing support, just accept that people are on your side and not demonize them - Even if they say they dislike you, they're still showing their support and saying that despite that dislike of you - Kinda throws their good will back in their faces if they're willing to put aside their dislike of you to help you.

As for the John Swan stuff - I haven't seen people say that stuff nor have I seen any evidence to show that Kai did pressure/threaten. Maybe I'm just not looking hard enough.
