Again, I dunno if I trust Kai, but after Thumin did confirm what Kai said last time in the last update in this situation, it wouldn't hurt to observe what the reaction is to this.

I managed to get through the video and I'm not sure if I trust Kai either. At this point, it would probably take a character witness from any of Omnia's ex friends, their ex roommate, or family members. So we likely won't get any of that until a court hearing.

Some key things he does point out is that on Omnia's Amazon Wishlist, they had a lot of things that were either not for them or things that just were not in the apartment and they changed it because Kai pointed out that a majority of things there were either not theirs or they never owned at all. In the video, he does have some things Omnia says he stole but he says he purchased for himself. He also brought up that Omnia had a mentality where they thought anything Kai had, also belonged to them and when Kai called the police on them during the stream, it was because they had his shirt/hoodie that he ordered and mail that she stole.

For such an abusive ex, idk why you would want to wear a hoodie/shirt that he ordered or keep any of his mail personally. I would send that to the police or some other third party to be sent to him. Kai also points out that he purchased some things Omnia says he stole recently and does give receipts for the purchase, but Idk why he would buy things she accused him of stealing. Another thing that is brought up is that Omnia did have a job outside of YouTube. If that is true then she probably made the situation of her lack of income worse than it is as he also illiterates her situation with her family and how they were providing her financial support and beginning to ween her off of them.

There isn't much he says that proves any of his innocence definitively. If it is true Omnia had BPD and is unmedicated, her yelling at him to kill her or having to be restrained so she stops being a danger makes sense because unmedicated BPD can cause outbursts like that. I will give him that he comes off as a lot less unhinged in this video even if he rambles and goes on and on about certain points.

Ya see, I don't believe Kai, but the last time we talked about him, Thumin pretty much went "yeah, that happened" - So while I don't wanna trust Kai, we do need to be at least a little open minded about these claims.

Especially since Omnia took money from people, if she misrepresented her situation then couldn't that be a case of fraud since she claimed that she made a living off of youtube (which, as I pointed out a while ago, is bull crap)?

I'm not a full on Lawyer here, but considering if she did have a job, that is deception of facts in order to get financial gain whe she asked for donations.

Again, this is all hypothetical and highly dependent if Kai is telling the truth, but considering how dumb the others (like Thumin) in this situation are at times, I wouldn't be surprised if there was some truth in this.

Then again, this is a he said she said situation - the only proof we have of anything from either side is bruises on Omnia, and those say a lot more than these kinds of videos.

Nick is a slimy fuck - there are now two instances of him recording phone calls in order to gotcha a friend (I would not be surprised if Nick did record the call like Tommy claimed). This along with multiple instances of leaking information publicly about his friends and collaborators (especially leinad where Nick was openly slating his private life just to own him for being in a toxic relationship? GoodGuyNick.) . Honestly I wouldn’t trust this fat faggot with anything if I did commentary, I’d be hesitant to be in the same stream with him. This whole video makes him look like he has a chip on his shoulder and it’s honestly baffling how many people are sucking him off in the comments. Sorry for the mobile link, but holy shit this is probably a good runner up for best stream of the year right behind Jim vs Ralph.
It's a debate between drama YouTuber DefNoodles versus Papa Gut, former tiktoker. The premise is there is a teenager streamer who called another YouTuber a hoe, & her family tries to get the streamer deplatformed & spreads information about him being older than he is. Papa Gut talks about it & Def calls him an incel. A little slow at the start, but shortly after it goes off the wall. It is crazy how Def thinks & how much he malds while Gut is just super reasonable. I don't know much about Gut but he makes Defnoodles look like an absolute retard. About an hour in Gut calls Def unfunny & he goes nuclear. It ends with DefNoodles own fans calling him a retard, it's almost beautiful that even they can't defend him. I cannot recommend this stream enough, please watch it.

Bottom two are men. I can see a hint of an Adam’s apple on the blue haired one and a manly ass jaw/eyebrows/neckfat on the other blonde one. The eyes are a giveaway too but the lack of tits with that amount of fat is a given. The lips on both are really thin which is generally a feature on males. The commentary to tranny pipeline is real.
