No amount of HRT or reassignment surgery will change you from XX to XY. No amount of meds or reshaping will ever change you cannot fertilize an egg. You will never be what you think you should be. Funny because I’ve notice that some of these trans people often have underlying issues with body image and low self confidence. For example a lot of teenage boys who have a tough time putting on weight or have issues with anorexia. Usually believe that transiting into a female is why they can’t have a traditional masculine frame.
