I think the main reason I'd nominate him for cowdom is what he did during the whole QuantumTV controversy, which is to say that he defended Act Man relentlessly despite his blatant violation of terms of service, and generally contributed to the whole circlejerk surrounding the issue instead of leaving well enough alone.
