Nothing about toms videos are objectively bad
As I said in the past, they're good if you're unfamiliar with the subject
My problem is that despite trying to come off as edgy, he never really says anything that can really be consider edgy

I get longer videos if you're making 1 video every couple weeks or like some creators with super well produced videos once every few months but every other day man what the fuck. I can't imagine listening to his annoying fucking voice that much

I hate (no I don't) to be one of those people who say "I like the old so-and-so" but Tom's content from 4-5 years ago when he made jokes in his videos without forcing them and was actually edgy instead of just pretending he is were so much more entertaining than the vast majority of his content now. I would gladly rewatch his youtube sponsors video over anything he's recently put out.

First I heard of him was like a year or two ago, I'm not really a fan of commentary anymore but it seems like he basically the only one thats stuck around and hasn't branched off into his own thing yet.

Maybe it's making him money idk but I think the adsense money is not as good when you make commentary videos vs other types of content.

It's weird how much the commentary community has changed in the past few years, it peaked in like 2018 and has been all downhill from there. Now its basically the same group of like 25 people making videos on the most recent celeb drama or on each other. Shit is getting tiring, maybe it was always this way but at least back then it was fresh

The video is a pretty comprehensive summary of Chris's situation with a bit too much opinionation, especially at the end.

The backlash has gotten to the point where MrBeast himself fired back at Sunny.

I mean, yeh, the whole Chris situation has really put him in a hard place. Mr Beast’s brand is kid friendly and is designed to be as milquetoast as possible. The culture war is pretty evenly split between “kids should never be around trannies” and “kids should constantly be around trannies”. If he keeps the tranny around, he alienates one side. If he kicks the tranny off, then he’s going to get cancelled and villainized by the left.

It’s essentially inevitable that Chris will do something expulsion worthy at some point. Maybe other people could survive whatever he’ll do, but other people aren’t trannies who work for Mr Beast. When that day comes, Mr Beast is going to be in a ton of hot water no matter how he acts/reacts or how he addresses the situation. Some will say “he should’ve been kicked off sooner. You could’ve seen this coming a mile away” others will say “but [famous actor] did something similar and he didn’t get kicked off his show. This is clearly transphobia”.

Trannies are pissed because it’s really easy to read the future, and everyone knows it’s coming. For Mr Beast’s sake, I hope it’s in the realm of Chris getting a DUI wreck and is “forced to step back from the show”. But let’s face it. It’ll probably be something involving a child.

Sunny is and always has been based. I watched his videos infrequently in the past, but this one just made me sub. Good on him for literally pointing out the obvious about Chris and how it'll affect the kid-friendly MrBeast brand.
