Are you really suprised? This happens to a lot of Youtubers: They either hire people to edit/write so that they don't have to do that much work anymore and get paid for less work or focus on livestreams/podcasts so they can get paid for doing less work. Youtubers eventually halfass their work in some way because is it really worth putting a lot of time and effort into a video only for it to be demonitized and/or age restricted? Even RLM self-censor themselves to avoid demonitization/age-restriction and they make a lot of money on Patreon. Youtubers have a lot of ego and very little work ethic for the most part.
