Just to recap for those that tapped out of Oreo's coverage:
-He said Tom does need to respond, in particular to 3 things: 1) The hitting allegations 2) the non-consensual recording allegations 3) the "Tom is in to ageplay" allegations, all three of which he indicated were individually deal-breakers for him assuming they're proven to his satisfaction, but coming to conclusions either way will require Tom's response or intentional non-response first.
He said he's going to wait for Tom's response to do a part 2, and that when that happens, he'll catch up with anything else that drops in the meantime (assuming it ends up on the timeline site) before covering the response.
Notes (may not be exhaustive, it's what I remember that stood out):
-He is extremely dubious of left4dead's allegations and evidence: "If Tom wasn't my friend, I would already have discounted her", basically if this was any other URR and he wasn't intentionally trying to inject charitability in favor of the accusers because he knows he's compromised in favor of Tom, he's taking any of left4dead's allegations without direct evidence proving them out as useless.
-Was frustrated by the amount of evidence which does not support the allegations directly. Basically the evidence largely proved that both were in sexual conversations and situations with Tom, but the specific allegations either had additional context hinted at that could change things, or were not directly supported by the screenshots or videos; basically there's no "I'll smash your head in with a fucking brick" in 4k HD moment.
-Based on the screenshots on the site, he made a couple comments indicating he was happy to see that there were tough but relevant questions being asked of the accusers and about the evidence by farmers, it seemed that he found it refreshing compared the kinds of incidents that he started doing the URR bit in response to in the first place.
-Claimed to be unfamiliar with the Jet Neptune situation, which is probably to Tom's accuser's benefit.
-Was very disappointed by Tom's choices in women.
-Was ready to believe the "zyn volcanos" allegations based on prior times hanging out with Tom, only to be presented with the desk picture he described as "neater than my setup". I think he believes that minor allegation but was unimpressed with the evidence provided.
-Was not prepared for the "Tom has a massive hog" allegations to be as much of the messages and allegations as they ended up being.
-Paraphrasing: "If Tom beats this, he's getting made fun of forever."
Misc: He was somewhat frustrated by the presentation of the screenshots on the timeline site since getting the images open in a way to zoom in cleanly proved difficult, but very much appreciated the site itself putting everything relevant in one place. One of the authors was in the chat later.
Okay my guesses on how the rest of the community will respond now that everyone’s more or less aware now.
Augie might do a stream, or he might stay gone. He’s done a stream recently, and indicated he wants to do more. There’s a new sacrifice, that’s usually the indicator. He and Tom were never particularly close and I don’t think have even been in contact for a bit so not like it’s a tough decision or anything. I’ll say 60/40 for a stream.
Chud will probably do another stream, he just had a falling out with Deorio apparently (though I don’t think they’ve been friendly since the Willy drama) so maybe he’ll try to go after his response? He’s already made it clear in his coverage that he thinks people are sweeping for Tom.
Nick I think will have a 2 part response. He’s already disavowed somewhat by saying that Half Baked is on hiatus. He’s retweeting videos he posted during 1/11, has indirectly called Tom a lolcow, and retweeted a defense of him saying “be patient” so contrary to popular belief I don’t think he will sweep. I think he will start his next stream with a super short, like 1-2 minute statement that’s super middle of the road. Will probably say the allegations are bad but he’s waiting for more proof/needs to look more into it, etc. Then I think he’ll do a more robust response later on probably disavowing Tom and going over the claims, and if we’re lucky some behind the scenes info.
I’m still hoping for a Nick and Augie costream on this… it’s Tom you gotta come on

There has been a message circulating claiming that Tom and I participated in ageplay, which is just a blatant twisting of the truth. Tom definitely romanticizes power dynamics and heavy dom/sub stuff, but that was never expressed through Age-related dynamic roleplaying. It’s clear he has a type for Sanrio mentally ill egirls, but I just can’t say from my experience that it was ever pedophilic in nature.
The least interesting point for me personally, about "JUST IN CASE" folder turned out to be a pretty interesting story:

It should also be mentioned that in Augie's last stream literally hours before any of the sudden Tom news broke, Augie was tainted with severe technical difficulties involving his audio mixer, mic, and Internet to the point he claimed during that stream it took him four hours to troubleshoot even starting it, then midway through his mic starting shitting itself, and when ending, he said he had to troubleshoot more and figure out a new analogue mixer. He legitimately has the tech excuse for not immediately jumping in on it.
So the person accused of ageplaying with two separate people denied doing ageplay, wow. Very impressive. Too bad Tom’s already had a sexual relationship with a separate ageplayer after.
