Ego. None of them can stand to be called autistic. Or stand that records of their own retardation exist in places they can't curate. They can delete tweets, but KF doesn't let things like that disappear like they want them to.

The modern commentary community is a weird case, because it isn't uncommon for them to archive their own autism themselves. The hard part is taking all the info out of their nearly impossible to watch videos/livestreams and putting them here.
That being said, two things I'd recommend looking into adding to the OP are the implosion of Josh Pescatore, who used to be part of their circle before threatening to rape nick (among other things), and nick rage-quitting tonka's show in the only funny moment the injun has had something to do with since knoxville.
Nick's stream on pescatore:

In defense of nick, he was on with tonka to debate copyright shit, not have a bloodsport, and tonka is notorious for having a hate-boner for the "goon squad," but nick responding by flipping out at drumr for covering it and flexing the fact that lindsay lohan follows him on twitter is pretty fucking exceptional.
(Final note, these guys regularly purge their tweets, so it might be prudent to set up a real-time archive bot if someone wants to do that)

Came from Cecil McFly (bless her), good op start, this topic is long overdue, but is also pretty easy pickings.
