We all love YouTube conspiracy theorists, so recently I was watching YouTube and got suggested a video with a provocative title called "Watching Sports is a HUGE WASTE of TIME and MONEY." I figured it was either the usual "sportsball is bread and circuses" type video or it was a guy criticizing sports gambling or some combination of the two, so I clicked it. I didn't watch the whole thing, but according to the description, it was him saying sports gambling causes you to waste money, which is an agreeable point. Then I checked the comments and saw all of the usual "sportsball is bread and circuses" and "sports are rigged." Comments: Here are some examples.
But here's where it gets really interesting and stupid. I then clicked on his channel called "JakeTheAwake," and of course most of his videos are conspiracy theories about the NFL being rigged. So then I sorted by most popular and found a goldmine of stupidity. Apparently, this dude is a flat-earther who goes by the username "flat earth asshole"; he denies gravity exists and thinks space is fake. He even denies that North Korea exists. His top videos are either flat earth conspiracy theories and him responding to those dreaded round earthers or Jake claiming the NFL is rigged and that players faked injuries or Jake claiming that celebrities are cloned or faked their deaths. Here is a screenshot of some of his top videos.
This dude's channel is a goldmine of conspiracy theory content, and that is just one channel I randomly stumbled into. I also remember seeing other channels similar to Jake the Awake, like this one guy who had a channel called Jeff Uncensored that made very similar videos to this guy's about the Illuminati and everything being scripted. I didn't see any dedicated threads discussing these types of conspiracy theory channels, so I decided to make this thread to discuss YouTube conspiracy theorists. Feel free to post and discuss conspiracy channels you find in this thread.
