YouTube trending feature videos are out of control - Grinding those perverts' views

It's been a while since I've looked at the default recommendations, probably back when my main account was banned in 2020 leading up to the election, YouTube apparently didn't appreciate my politics. I don't remember seeing yoga or wrestling stuff, but lots of makeup and ballerina and Mr. Beast suggestions. The ballerina videos were kinda sus, but certainly weren't as suggestive as those, they don't even seem to be trying to hide the intent there.

Anyway, maybe the way they've handled the algorithm has gotten worse in the last 5 years? And why the hell would boys and girls be wrestling anyway, is that actually a thing or just some underground scummy shit?

Wrestling is actually quite often unisex, even the teenager and adult groups here and there. BJJ training also tends to be unisex, though the actually championships aren't, more often than not.

I don't know if it's per se an issue. For kids, there's obviously nothing sexual and for adults, you expect the people to be mature enough to handle it. And as for it being unfair to girls, obv there's girl only championships, training and groups available aswel.

Wrestling isn't exactly kickboxing, there's a lot of technique involved and it's not like getting punched in the face or kicked in the ribs.

One of the reasons why these crappy videos have up to 14 million views is because they go on trending, and because of it, it's shown to a lot of users (that should not have that in their recommended but do regardless), hence why they have millions of views, and you can see that in OP.

What you talk about has nothing to do with how YouTube treats trending videos & general recommendations, and it's the reason why shitty ones get millions, because they're shown to tens of millions of users, even if they don't care about this topic.

And had never watched any type of dancing? And makeup goes without saying. I only watch video game, anime, and politics related content 99% of the time, the other 1% is very rarely watching something like old commercials or movie clips, still nothing similar to any of those.

Some video becomes popular, the it goes into Trending tab, people want to check what's popular and WOW they click on that same video, giving it more views and keeping it in trending until something else will push it outside or half of goyum see it. There questions of course how this shit gets views in the first place, but YT algorithms are mostly a mystery. All I know is that engagement in the first hours with comments and likes might really help, but sometimes it picks up really old videos with next to no views.

1. Everyone knows that when you're not signed in, Youtube shills a mix of nigger rap, news, general media and random misc that gets shuffled around based on first click. It also builds a profile based on your google search history. So even if you're signed out of youtube, but still in goggle, it'll still affect your feed and sidebar.
