Youtubers are the worst type of people

Not exclusively a Sinatra thing, though he's done it, is the attitude that "my last video didn't do well analytically because I'm shadow banned".
The attitude of thinking you're owed a certain amount of views or subscriptions. Does YouTube fuck people? Certainly. But if you want to be astroturfed, you have to give the (((advertisers))) what they want. Or display outstanding talent.
You'll never hit Trending for your shit just because you decided you're too good for retail

In short: work harder. Most "full time YouTubers" can't be bothered putting in a 40 hour work week and act like belching into a microphone and dicking with OBS is any kind of work.

They're so far up their own asses that they've forgotten what actual work looks like, so everything they do gets blown out of proportion and made to look like this herculean obstacle that they had to overcome, when in reality it was just a few clicks of the mouse or a minor inconvenience that took them 5 minutes to solve.

You see this a lot with people that work in the food industry (kitchen staff, baristas, waiters) they all have a serious case of unwarranted self-importance.

Baldo providing a primo example of what I'm saying. Most people assumed to work a 40 hour work week doing shit they'd rather not do, but some people act like getting sloshed and arguing with retards on Twitter is equivalent to lithium mining for 18 hours a day

Additionally, the bringing up a subject, then declaring " I can't talk about __ on YouTube"
Then why bring it up?
So they can shill their Patreon or whatever where their "unfiltered" opinions are, without the fear of demonetization. Link is in the description below!

I've said it before, but people who put major stock into YouTubers and hold them up as some sort of higher level are just as retarded as the youtubers are. They're not out to be your friend just because they might have a higher level of interaction with you than the average celebrity. They're selling themselves. They're interested in you for your money, they're not your friend just because they reply to your comment or thank you for a Patreon or superchat donation. If you find a channel that you genuinely like and find informative, then by all means, you do you. But in the end, they're out to make a dollar, not be your friend.

I can't find the exact footage, but on multiple occasions I've heard "this is my job" and "I have ___ bills to pay"

Tell us more, while you do your "job" of e-begging, urging people to buy your $200 and $1000 donations, and reading Superchats.

I'll be frank, I wouldn't mind the e-begging lifestyle if they were more humble. I do consider YT a job at the end of the day, you do deliver some value to people, they wouldn't watch the videos and streams without that.

The corner musician doesn't stop one every 5 minutes to say "don't forget to leave a donation".
