The first English-speaking Youtuber(canadian) I saw. I watched his "Binding of Isaac" videos until I fell asleep. I love his commentary they are mostly anecdotes of his life.

Garage 54 a russian boomer who does ridiculous what if things with an old ratted out car. Has filled tires with concrete, water, etc. replaced windshield wipers with glass cutters. Overall interesting content. He plays this with the straightest face ever.
Awe Me the Guys of Baltimore Knife and Steel. They make fantasy weapons and sword from video games, animes etc. They cut out a large portion of the process of making the weapons so overall it's not going to be a tutorial video if that's what you are looking for.
FalKKone does OC Remix type video game music remixes. All of his remixes are done in a symphonic metal style. This foreign dude spits out content at a surprising rate. He has a couple OC songs he has done available in links on his channel on amazon and other places.
