This is hilarious. Dat combover, man, his bald spot is almost complete. And we got further confirmation that he uses the pink headband to keep the combover in place. Also, that gopnik outfit must reek by now, he's been wearing it for months!

What's with the flurry of content? It's like the autism stayed bottled up for so, so long, then erupted like a volcano!

Is he trying to become a professional wrestler or something, why so much exercise in the arms?, Shouldn't you do other exercise routine to become a top girl?
 
She actually isn't fugly in the video, not good by any means but nothing like CWC. Is she getting healthier?
Healthier in what way, exactly? Comparing the old minute maid video to this one, he's still pretty fat. I think the fat proportion may look better due to HRT (assuming he's still taking them) since it can mess with your fat distribution. Chris still has that weird skeletal structure where his arm muscle looks atrophied compared to his core due to a lack of use; to a lesser extent than before but still noticeable.

Not really. He uses the bed to stop his arm from going down all the way. Doing a curl from a 90 degree position is way easier than doing a full range of motion curl. Also, an issue when doing a ton of curls with full ROM is that eventually your grip will give out and your forearms start to burn. Resting your non-working arm on a bed while not working gets rid of that, making it far easier

It's like doing a half squat vs an ass-to-grass squat. You can do quite a bit more that way. Probably almost double.
 
I love how he pulls out those 20 pound weights like we’re supposed to be impressed that he’s able to lift them. If your able to do 100 reps with a pair of weights, maybe it’s time to go up a set. Just saying

When he says "Touch your toes" and stretches the trinkets on him make a noise and I legit thought his spine decided to snap.
 
If he does 100 reps a day, then he shouldn't get winded that quick.

Yeah, getting winded from half-ROM curls is pretty sad.

Although I won't lie, Chris doing even half-reps of 20 lb dumbbell curls for 50 reps each arm is way more than I thought he could do
