The thing about that response video is that it's not necessarily wrong - many women who receive sexual harassment are just told to "deal with it" by peers, or women have the onus on them to not get raped. That fact isn't untrue.

But I still don't understand how "Hugh Mungus" is sexually harassing. She claims he repeated his sexually harassing words - after she asked him to repeat what he said. I'm still baffled at what logic this woman had to come to that conclusion that this "aggressor" was being sexual in his statement at all, and her response video has failed to address that. As others pointed out, it was a fat joke directed at himself, not at her nor was it an innuendo.
