Rosa was not the first to refuse to move to the back of the bus, in fact another woman had been doing it in their same circle and Rosa copied her, when it was time to put a face to the deed and get publicity, they chose Rosa, she was lighter skinned and prettier. After this racist sexist internally oppressed person of colour raped me infront of security that day, people started calling me crazy. She was a secretary for the NAACP, but she worked as a seamstress. Either way, she did kick ass. Zarna's not nearly in her catagory. Rosa Parks was like, "fuck you, go ahead and arrest me then." Zarna would've been like, "HOW DARE YOU ASK ME TO MOVE!!! DON'T TOUCH ME DON'T TOUCH ME RAPE!!! ASSAULT!!!!"

I thought they chose Parks over Colvin to represent their movement because Colvin became pregnant as a teenager and wouldn't have been seen as respectable.
 
I also think its sick how those women are trying to invalidate people looking for concrete, pragmatic solutions to a big issue by saying they're only looking at superficial causes, and then demanding people eliminate "racism" and "structural misogyny" before they deal with an actual, scientifically verifiable, problem. I assume their solutions involve dismantling the state and having people live in fear and hunger for their crime of not actively resisting the 'AmeriKKKan Empire' actively enough.


PS: What is with all these SJW events being "Fragrance Free" lately? I dont get it.

You know how the typical tumblrina has a list of all the ways they're mentally ill and disabled (all self-diagnosed, of course), right after their list of genders and kintypes? I'm not sure whether its that or whether its another MUH OPPRESSION!!!!! thing. I've heard these people babbling about how perfume, deodorant, and soap are things invented by the white male colonizer to separate people from their animal selves or some bullshit, completely ignoring the fact that unwashed people smell awful, and that many cultures have used soap throughout history. Sub-Saharan Africa has an ancient culture of soap making, as do Asia and the Americas, but it doesn't matter, because when they oversleep and get up just in time for a colloquium on the "Intersections of Feminism, Queer Theory, Otherkinism" and cant be bothered to jump in the shower and clean their fetid gunt its just the kyriarchy keeping them down.
