Holy shit, his latest video shills a Blu-ray you can buy with all of his Fully Ramblomatic videos from this past year from starting. At least when Homestar Runner did that sort of thing, it was kind of worth of it because everyone still used optical media, and it was Flash, and by and large it was watchable stuff.

IMO This is more comparable to AVGN than Homestar Runner, but Yatzee is so late to the bandwagon it's on the other side of the united states, took a plane from La Guardia airport, and is now in Europe.

The old and uncensored Zero Punctuation videos would have been a better selling point than Fully Ramblomatic because

1. People still love those, unlike his newer shit
2. the ZP site doesn't have a lot of the old shit anymore, so you'd have to go through YouTube, and good luck with that if you're using YouTube the actual site and not something like FreeTube which still has the "list by older date" function that actual YouTube got rid of a long time ago. oldest video Yatzee has on there is Halo 3 from 16 YEARS AGO, and you'd have to dig through the Escapist entire back catalogue to even get to another Yatzee video from 13 YEARS AGO. You COULD technically just rip those "every video from [insert year here]" mega videos but those are in fact, censored/changed because "muh copyrighted music".

Unfortunately for #3, he couldn't do it if he wanted to because he doesn't own the IP for ZP. Unlike Jim who made sure he got the "jimquisition" for himself, Yahtzee didn't make sure he owned his own show/content from The Escapist.

Considering how little business sense the guy has, I wouldn't be surprised if he did it again with this second wind shit.

Re-watching one of his oldest videos, Webcomics; it is better (while there are references to other webcomics, Ctrl-Alt-Del seems to be the main point of ire), but his personality is completely different and there's so many visual gags that would be unacceptable nowadays, like the webcomic artist of "Bontrol-Bolt-Belete" being "F. Aggot".

people will forget he was always a bit of a hyperliberal fag, its just that that model back in 2010 was still ok making jokes about women or trannies and calling people cunts and fags if they're from across the pond. like if you relisten to the earliest "comedian" podcasts from that era, the same bluecheckmark fags people hated during the trump era were just as annoying about race or misogyny or gay issues or whatever but they'd still play along with the rest of it or were willing to set aside their personal views for the gags. Edit: Now the media iliterate twat started the review of Space Marine 2 going on about how the whole setting is le self aware parody and some chuds simply take it at face value, like a tourist that he is. I'm not going to comment on every single review where says something stupid, since I could go on like this all day, but this one in particular got a face palm out of me. This has nothing to do with Yathzee, but this one reminds me of Alien Shooter. In particular, the dumb fun you would get when you played the endless horde mode, I'm thinking I will pick this up. Been eyeing it ever since I watched Sseth's review of it.
Looked it up now and what a surprise, Yathzee never covered it. Maybe it's in a feature episode with several games, but I doubt it.
