So, I was doing more digging into Gizgiz and I think i'm wrong on him being k9bitchlover, although he's still a zoo who was into animal bondage and it seems the two had at least 1 friend in common.
Gizgiz, real name Mikael Thörncrantz, was born on July 24, 1988. He did in fact die on August 28, 2011, as he crashed head-on into another driver in a pre-planned suicide attempt.
"Ajja, now I pull away in the car, have a meeting with a truck! =) Perhaps you can read about some accident in Scania you tomorrow".
It seems his obituary was eaten by the internet but coverage of the crash (no name given) is around.
Strangely, he had a few pieces of art done with his partners fursona in them, but never named him... but as seen in this old Zetaforum post he commented on, his partner was named Astro.

The white dog in each is Astro. I'd love to know more about who this is, if I ever spot them in my archive digging i'll be sure to note it. The horse in the second one went inactive on FA shortly after Gizgiz died, notably.
The last piece that Gizgiz had commissioned is worth archiving as it explains things in the comments (note all the deleted comments too).
"Oh hai! Some of you have probably seen in the Travel thread that I've been away on vacation.
The plan was to go to Norway, spend a few days up in the mountains at Kjerag and then jump from a cliff, sweet! Family/Police managed to trace me tho and after a few hours of complicated climbing in the middle of me throwing up a tent before nightfall a bigass rescue-helicopter came and landed a bit away from me. Wasn't sure what to do so I armed myself with a knife, after half-an-hour or so (after having been pepper-sprayed) they managed to hit the hand I was holding the knife in and wrestled me to the ground. Lame."
So, why did Gizgiz do himself in?

His comments on FA are certainly telling... being an open zoo, apparently with no access to animals at least, and that strange Doberman_Pinscher person is in a lot of the comments. Last one was on a photo of a dog he took at a dog show, would love to know what was said at first.
Speaking of Doberman there, here he is on Zetaforum as well, he pops up a lot. First link there is even on a Tim Win video!
