I think it's more that the Fandom is LGBT heavy, and statistically, they're the likeliest to have HIV.

Also, yeah. Cons are thinly vieled excuses to fuck for more than a few. Like anime cons, lots of swinging going on at any I've been to.

Taking a stance on an issue would mean they're acknowledging its existence as a problem. Not saying anything means they can keep sweeping it under the rug. It sure would be awkward for self-described family friendly convention coming out with statements against child and animal abuse that occur not just within the fandom but within the con staff itself. The mirror shows an ugly face they'd rather avoid.

It seems to me that the whole zoosadist leak (as initially perpetuated by Zoodonym and co.) is just some 8D autistic snakes and ladders tactic to get the wider furry community to accept regular zoophilia by playing the moral relativism card as "oh we might fuck dogs, but at least we don't fuck them in half!"
That tweet just confirms my suspicions, as he is trying to get the eye of famous people in the community to help peddle his retarded message.
 
it's possible that that is what zoodonym wanted and still wants, but i doubt they will get what they want. the vast majority of people know that all animal sexual abuse is vile and will never accept abusers.

I agree here 100%. There's a reason Akela (Zoodonym's actual online name) posted shit to Twitter instead of contacting authorities (and prefaced it with "this is not what zoophiles are!!1!"), and continues to have ZSIS post shit on Twitter instead of keeping it to the police. Akela and Shadowwoof's goals are to cover ass for "normal" zoos and get attention.

Personally I think that might be a bit of a stretch. Not defending zoophiles but the police are often unreliable and dismiss cases related to animal abuse. Also time and time again has shown the internet to be rather exceptional at finding those responsible for animal abuse.

This is really important to remember. Without the outrage of people, this wouldn't have got that far. Even the Cuban police knew about Woof but no one did anything until it went on social media.

A few of them, yeah, but canidliker (has since been suspended), somefox_ad (also suspended), WetSpotsLeopard, and ThylasaurAD are zoos. WetSpots is still active in the twitter zoo community. The other few listed don't have that many followers, it's like 300-1000. Its weird that Akela would tag them.

Not saying SonicFox is a zoo by any means. Just wondering why Akela would tag some nobody zoos (with the exception of Thylasaur, who is a popular murrsuiter despite being openly zoo for a long time). This is just an observation, not me reaching and trying to drag SF into the zoo crew lol


edit: if you search canidliker and somefox, you can see other zoos responses to their tweets even though their @s and all the original tweets are gone.

Publishing the logs online and naming names has likely been a double-edged sword. It’s brought in people with the time, resources and connections to get police involved and get some of these sick fucks arrested, but it’s also given the sadists time to destroy evidence and zoophiles the opportunity to drag gullible, stupid people into thinking “regular” animal rape is okay because at least they’re not torturing puppies to death.
