I'll bet it was statute of limitations that kept them from getting that warrant. But they shouldn't have needed one to begin with if not for Kero's parents. As far as I'm concerned they're complicit in this. If they really believed their son was innocent, they would've let the cops stroll right through the front door without even batting an eye.

Prolly not. This is not a felony. The law gives only a marginal shit about Koda and time is running. If they don't have enough for a warrant, any inkling of accessory or obstruction charges would be laughed out of a hearing. Like it or not, internet compilations are not enough for criminal justice. Sometimes that sucks but it's the way it is for a good reason.

Personally though, if cops showed up to my house claiming that a close relative fucked a beloved family pet on my property, I'd at least tell them to come back in a few days to put away the plants or other shit to make damn sure they've got the right place. Between getting a misdemeanor for possession or willfully letting your kid fuck a dog to death, I think the latter is far more grievous to most parents (especially when your kid is a grown ass adult who should be able to face the consequences of their own actions and, theoretically, take care of themselves).

Making an edit to my post from a year ago as I've come across more information that didn't appear when I first made it.
Mostly summaries of a few of the videos that were rumored about.
For whatever reason when I did my inital research this thread did not appear on my searches through DeathAddict despite being the thread being created on May 29th 2018.

My second point goes to the the DeathAddict thread I linked to in my original post. It has mostly been dead since 2016 soon after it was created with the exception of two useless posts during 2018. It was bumped on Jun 2nd, 2019 by a user named Fredrique who's post summarizes some of the aforementioned videos in broken English. The other twelve pages are mostly 2-3 people calling each other pussies for not wanting to watch videos of animal cruelty.
*EDIT: Fredrique has since deleted his original post for unknown reasons, however he did not delete the rest of his posts in the thread and his original post is still viewable through quoted posts by other users.

In my last post I mention a Zoosadist video titled 'Hung Bitch'. Well I managed to find a clip of it in a recently released movie called MDPOPE 3.
For those of you who don't know MDPOPE (Most Disturbed Person On Planet Earth) is a series of shockumentary type 'movies' that are essentially several hour long clip compilations of shock videos taken from sites like bestgore, efukt, documentingreality, liveleak, crazyshit, etc. Mostly nothing in there you really wouldn't have already seen if you've visited a rekt or gore thread on /b/ or /gif/ in the past decade.
(I'm not going to link the movie here but it is easy to find an official download link with a quick Google search if you really want to. I believe Deathaddict has all three up for streaming currently as well.)
The first MDPOPE had a crush video or two included in it that caused some controversy between fans while the second MDPOPE was actually released twice. The first time around including several animal-related videos (not crush, mostly viral animal cruelty, some bestiality and beastiality docus) and once more in an edition called "ExAnima Edition" where the author removed the animal-related videos and replaced them with 3 all new non-animal related clips.
It seems that with the third entry into the series, however, the author doesn't shy away from animal related videos (particularly zoophilia) at all. There is a guy fucking a rooster, clips from the classic 'Animal Farm' movie, sex with fishes, a guy fucking some kind of giant bird that you cant tell if it is alive or even real, a guy fucking a snake, a guy getting his dick 'sucked' by a snake and even a guy fucking a male(?) alligator near the end (How the fuck?!?
, an African kid licking a shitting cow's ass, an African slapping a goat, and another Thai humiliation fetish video featuring a woman and a shitting dog simliar to the one seen the the second movie).Now finally getting back to my original point; two of the clips included in MDPOPE 3 ring a bell to our old Zoosadism discussion. At the 02:45:59 mark there is a video of a man raping a dead deer in its mouth and ass. I don't recall if its one of the ones that was included in the Telegram chats and I dont really feel like bothering to check.
And of course a clip of the video 'Hung Bitch' is seen at the mark of 00:49:01. The clip is of a man in the woods with a mosiac blurred out face and hands raping a dead dog that is hanging from a tree. (I get a vague feeling that I may have seen this clip before, perhaps I stumbled upon it on 4chan once up a time... but regardless....)
Now what interests me about this video is the watermarks on both sides that read HLAD©1998. Part of me wonders who this HLAD is and why they would want to copyright a video of themselves raping a dog they murdered. Not exactly something you'd want to show up in court with. Also that these Zoosadist internet video rings go back as far as the dialup days of 1998.
