Unfortunately it's not hard to work out motivation; they get off on being powerful and destroying the life of something else because they're sad little pissants who have no power over their own existence and think that their sexual gratification stems entirely from being the big strong guy killing something that's comparatively helpless.

I've always been of the opinion that people who torture animals or small children for sexual pleasure are lacking some perspective and self-awareness that they would rapidly gain if they experienced even a fraction of the same torment in turn. Most people like Peluchin who are into this stuff are fuckheads who think that being slapped around once or twice by daddy makes them entitled to hurt others in order to exact some cosmic revenge against a completely innocent and irrelevant life and have the false perception that fear = power or whatever. While people can argue that abuse begets more abuse, I'll say that as someone who has endured psychological torment from an early age and occasional physical abuse, it never made me want to turn my frustration onto the family pet or a little sibling or whatever because most people are self-aware enough to know that it isn't their fucking fault.

The simple fact though is that people who do act out in that way are just fucking pathetic (not sympathetic, fuck sympathizing with people like this) and the lives of the animals and the people they hurt will always have more value than their own worthless existence.

The only thing I can think of in response to that image is why. Just why? Why would you do something so horrible to something so adorable and innocent? Agreed on Japan; distributing CP was only explicitly banned in 1999 but it was illegal to use anyone under 18 in a hardcore porno before that anyway. Regarding Tennessee, yes, there really was no minimum marriage age until 2018. There still isn't in many states.

A lot of people don't seem to know about this, but it is a major problem; all states have ages of sexual consent of at least 16, but often those laws don't apply to legal marriages. Most African countries have stricter laws on the minimum marriage age than states like Mississippi. It doesn't really split down political lines either; Massachusetts doesn't have a minimum age, other than maybe the common law age of 12.

Note that Dragoneer is a coward with dogfucker friends, so there's no outright statement against dogfucking. You could argue that it's included under 'torture', but dogfuckers honestly believe they aren't hurting their animals so thus will ignore it.

I can only assume legal said he didn't want to be mixed up in animal cruelty charges. The actual zoosadism (for some value of "actual") is something even zoophiles don't condone; more likely than not, most the community would be on his side in that regard other than a very vocal and panic-prone minority. "Buh muh freedumb of expression!" as though that justifies advocating animal crush videos. In this sense, probably just saving himself a headache more than anything.

It's a step in the right direction, even if there is the bestiality loophole. (And it's kinda complex, in the furry community, to say "don't advocate bestiality" and then be furry, so there is that to weigh in, too.)
