Some people came to me personally over Twitter and told me that cupid beat them and threatened to do it again if the victims spread word about his crimes. I was asked not to disclose their names for the sake of their own safety. Its likely that people were forced into defending cupid.
While im on the subject, said victim told me they get messages from strangers like this one:

If you dox someone (depending on what country/state you're in, see also: UK's privacy laws) it isn't typically considered a criminal act itself unless someone else takes that information and uses it to commit an actual crime against the dox'd party.
They'd still have to prove that you actively and willingly dox'd the individual to encourage someone else to cause direct harm, which is somewhat difficult from a legal standpoint; unless you're particularly exceptional and are writing "hey murder and/or rape this guy" right under the dox info.
Additionally, definitions of dox seem to vary country-by-country based on how difficult the information is to obtain. Some dipshit posting their public information including their name, address, job, and location on a facebook that's linked to a twitter that's got them openly talking about fucking their dog hardly counts as "private information".

We, no bullshit, had a dog that only fucked other male dogs. This was a Doberman that was almost the size of a Great Dane, to give you some perspective. I don't know why, that's just what he did.
But, he was a very fucking weird dog.
Zoophiles are into the sex, zoosadists are into the torture aspect. The zoophiles seem to be more likely to delude themselves into believing that animals can consent to human sex. Zoosadists couldn't care less about 'consent', they want pain.

I have 0 legal knowledge of how any of this would work, but I wonder if it will effect trial's in progress, or any of the past cases documented here that occured in America.
I've been trying to follow the Kero stuff, but there hasn't been any reliable updates on him in a while.

It being bumped up to a nation-wide felony offense status would, I'd hope, significantly raise the statute of limitations for such acts to allow proper charges to be laid upwards of years after the fact and across state lines.
There's been a significant problem with individuals (such as Kero, Snakething, Marl?, etc.) engaging in bestiality and animal cruelty just jumping to states where the laws are more lax to avoid charges, or obfuscating investigations with red tape until time has run out on that particular offense; even if they had abused animals in a state where it was illegal, many seem to just move and wait for the statute of limitations to run out, while continuing to abuse animals in their new location with far less concern that they'll get pegged for it.
If you ever saw someone get accused of bestiality suddenly move out of state citing "harassment for false charges", it's a pretty good guess as to which states they're moving to for a so-called fresh start.

7 years is a long time to spend in public prison as a kitten killer, to be fair. "Zoophile" like "Pedophile" implies a phillia; while these fuckers may like splitting hairs because "'phillia just means 'love' not sex!" there is no avoiding the sexual connotations of such a term in the modern age. A relative or caregiver or friend of a child who loves that child platonically or familially is not a pedophile; someone who is sexually attracted to one is. A pet owner who loves their animal in a platonic or familial way is not a zoophile; someone who projects a romantic attachment and wants to fuck one is.
Calling Nicola Tesla a zoophile for saying he loved a pet pigeon because it gave his life purpose when he was left destitute and celibate by choice inherently implies he decided to be sexual with that animal, not just that he had feelings for it. Personally I doubt it though, since Tesla was a huge germophobe and (if the Scott Ford thread taught me anything) bird vents are gross as hell
