Plagued COVID Conspiracy Theorists and other idiots - This is not a political thunderdome or gay slapfight thread.

Imagine working for the CDC right now. It must be so tiresome to keep having to speak up every time some weirdo starts some rumor about a miracle cure or makes an outlandish claim about the vaccine.

I enjoy telling them it's because God is only taking one side here. Guess which side that is?
I've seen that one on Zuccbook. Buddy got told it's the Rapture and they're going to heaven. I assume nobody told them only 144 000 Jews get in.

So, I did a pretty in depth look at the homeopathic veterinary angle, and boy is it a doozie! The main source of info is a publisher called Dogs Naturally Magazine, which on the surface appears fairly benign. Encouraging a healthy diet, exercise, etc. It's not until you get into their veterinary section that they show their true colours.
Both antivaccination and anti-medicine, they encourage not getting your dog parvovirus vaccines, treatment for hotspots or localized infections, all while pushing their own totally legit food products. They have just over 900k followers on FB. I would imagine their actual influence is likely higher, probably a couple million people in total.
There appears to be a central cabal of "vets" they support. The ringleader is a woman by the name of Karen Becker, who has had a YouTube channel called MercolaHealthyPets for over a decade, doing interviews with the rest of the group and pushing pseudoscience. She's hated by nearly the entire veterinary community.
Other members include Dr's Marty Goldstein, John Robb, Neely North, Ronald Schultz and Michael Fox. Their articles, sites and interviews can be found with simple Google searches of their names along with the word veterinarian.
The products they appear to push (other than themselves) are food formulae and blood titre tests to see if your pet is vaccine damaged, though how that works is beyond me as I'm not willing to buy one and see how it works. I'm guessing it either gives false positives or tests for something like antibodies
John Robb is an interesting guy. He started a group called Protect the Pets after buying into a Banfield vet franchise (the guys who rip you off at Petsmart), nearly going bankrupt and ultimately refusing to vaccinate or traditionally treat animals. The owners of the Banfield company is none other than Mars Inc. That's right, Mars Bars. Ultimately, they took him to court. No idea if the case was closed, or still ongoing.
*I know it isn't a proper writeup and the format is awful. When I get the time, I'll edit this post with links and better formatting.

This is really interesting and I'd love to hear more about this.

you know. it's one thing if adults are doing this shit to themselves. it's a whole other thing when you start involving your pets, though, because it's your responsibility to protect them and keep them happy, healthy, and safe, and you agreed to that responsibility when you took them in. animals cannot even understand anti-vaxx rhetoric, let alone consent to it. all they know is that they don't feel good and their owner just keeps giving them stuff that isn't helping them get better.

throw some hats my way, but i have zero tolerance for these fucking freaks. at that point they absolutely don't give a shit about anything except looking like the best, most dedicated conspiracy theorist in their facebook group, and if an innocent life gets snuffed out in the process it's just another opportunity to use it as leverage against le ebil big pharma.

The Spanish Flu, while particularly bad worldwide, lasted a few years but is gone now. It's not the God damn apocalypse...yet.

do you realize just how much of a fucking retard you look bringing up the spanish flu? buddy, they were dealing with faggots like you even back then:

if she survives she won't learn a thing and continue the grift. 100% she will blame it on the fact she didn't get prescribed Ivermectin.
Speaking of which, these fools need to keep their relatives out of the hospital if they are going to bitch and moan when the inevitable happens. Talk about ungrateful.

As I noted on the occasion of his passing, Stutts’ death “immediately revived the political uproar over his decision not to be vaccinated against Covid-19 – as well as his alleged mistreatment at the hands of the Upstate doctors who managed his care over the last two weeks.”

In the aftermath of Stutts’ death, the debate over vaccine hesitancy took off in South Carolina – and intensified as the delta variant of Covid-19 reached its apex.

This week, one of Stutts’ surviving sons – Pressley Stutts III – appeared before the S.C. Senate medical affairs committee. Decked out in a “Mask Free” shirt supplied by InfoWars.com, Stutts related to committee members his battle with the medical caregivers treating his father in the days preceding his death...

Stutts blasted doctors and hospital officials for refusing to allow him – and his father’s attorneys – to make choices regarding his health care.

“Are we free or not?” Stutts asked committee members. “I mean, you got methadone clinics open (but) you can’t get a simple drug choice in a hospital. What’s going on? It’s disgusting.”

As he addressed lawmakers, Stutts grew increasingly frustrated – describing how he was “almost arrested” twice while attempting to provide his father’s caregivers with information from the FrontLine Covid-19 Critical Care (FLCCC) Alliance, a group which promotes the use of Ivermectin to treat the virus.

So FYI we're running into Betadine shortages because these fuckers are gargling it.

Supply chains are so bad right now and we certainly don't need them buying stuff used for actual surgery. Please, please return to eating horse paste.
They're buying antiseptic mouthwash. How in the hell would this prevent a virus? How hard is it to take vitamins, wash your hands, not lick doorknobs, and not go around french kissing everyone?

What sucks about Garrison and Stonetoss is that they're both really talented artists yet they choose to waste it on shit like this
I'll give you Stonetoss. But Garrison gets too extra with his labelling and intense facial expressions. It can get downright creepy.

can someone please explain to me why they reject a vaccine because big pharma while also ingesting whatever random fucking shit that was also made by big pharma. i'm starting to feel like these people are just walking into a walgreens, closing their eyes, spinning around three times and pointing in a random direction to decide what the new covid preventative drug is.
