I've had a B of A account locked before (didn't have the -$888,888.88 "hold" treatment though). For one thing, he will not have this resolved tomorrow. The customer service that's 24/7 are people reading scripts. Specialized services such as fraud work a standard M-F 9 to 5 job. At least that was true years ago when it happened to me. So look forward to an on-screen chimp out about B of A tomorrow. "Are you kidding me? Is this a joke? This is MY account." Probably will have a hilarious misunderstanding of "this is illegal in the US" too.

I would guess the -$888,888.88 hold is going to be non-trivial to clear up. Lots of faxing documents and time on the phone and shit. It's gonna get ugly.

I actually sympathize with him a bit, B of A is fucking awful and he's about to find out first hand.

That would require Phil to have a time-horizon greater than 24 hours, as it stands he can't wait a month for SuperChats and demands instant tips instead. Plus I don't think he has a nuanced enough understanding of the outside world to contemplate it ending.

CPM varies, sadly, so the result will be skewed anyway. (From experience, I have had CPM as low as $2 and as high as $5.99)

If his account is locked he will definitely chimp out. "I stream to thousands of people and I am going to tell them this is what Bank of America customer service is like. What do you think of that? This is no way to run a business and my viewers will hear about it."

Yes, the longer someone watches your video, the better the pay. 8+ minutes videos allow users to place multiple ads ad infinitum throughout the video, which Phil does. So, if people are ACTUALLY watching his full streams, he is getting paid handsomely. However, he doesn't get many views and he is NOT on recommended, so his CPM suffers.
