So there's apparently a study from the university of Innsbruck allegedly showing from tissue samples that a high antibody titer is strongly correlated with a serious case of COVID19, while a robust T-cell response is correlated with light cases.

High antibody titer results in high anaphylatoxin counts, and finally hyperinflammation and cytocine storms.
On the one hand that paper registers what e.g. @Drain Todger has written quite often, which is that hyperinflammation is the real problem, and that this has to be solved in a serious case.
On the other hand it also recognizes that the one thing the vaccinations claimed to be their advantage, the super high antibody titers, could be problematic and create autoimmune reactions. Hey, remember when Israel started to do third jabs and suddenly cases and hospitalisations jumped up? Surely it's a mystery we'll never solve. In the meantime you should finally get vaccinated, bigot.

Potent SARS-CoV-2-Specific T Cell Immunity and Low Anaphylatoxin Levels Correlate With Mild Disease Progression in COVID-19 Patients - PubMed
T cells play a fundamental role in the early control and clearance of many viral infections of the respiratory system. In SARS-CoV-2-infected individuals, lymphopenia with drastically reduced CD4+ and CD8+ T cells correlates with Coronavirus disease 2019...
