Russ being late to HIS OWN FUCKING TRIAL because he put the wrong time in his phone perfectly encapsulates what a terminal fuckup he is. He was lucky the judge let him present his "case" at all. He'd already dismissed it but rescinded that order when Russ managed to shamble into the court room. The judge proceeded to rake him over the coals for his threats and the fact he didn't actually state a claim. Since he didn't do that, they never moved onto presenting evidence, which Russ didn't understand, so he thought he was unfairly prevented from showing his blurry picture, which he naturally thought would win him money and possibly a blow job from Ariana herself.

Yeaaaah. I'm pretty sure that the chance to bring the tard hammer down on Russ was the only reason the Judge was like "oh he's here? nevermind let's get this show on the road."

When I was around 21 or so, I had went to the strip club, met this gorgeous girl walking the tables, we connected about sports, basketball, really in depth as both being players. When she got on stage next she let me help unhook her bra while I was sitting at the stage, when I got her for a private lapdance we made out briefly, and even when they closed, she saw me walking down the street, offered if I needed a ride while she pulled out the parking lot. I didn't take her up, because if anything would go down, my living situation was an utter embarrassment at the time.

Going back to a comment you made at the time, there used to be sites where escorts could rate clients and warn each other about problem or violent clients. FOSTA shut them all down, making the problem it claimed to solve worse. I recall he was rated on one such site before they were banned, where he was listed as a scammer/time waster. I'm not shocked. He's apparently notorious at the Nevada brothels for trying to negotiate a lower price than agreed upon. The incident where he tried to pay a brothel worker with his book was hilarious (but no doubt frustrating for the worker, who had to bluntly reject his "offer" before he'd leave).

He thought about suing her, but the lawyer he talked to said he didn't have a case since she never agreed to anything in exchange for the money, he just thought she'd like him if he showered her with cash. She was very careful to never actually promise him anything in exchange for his money. I got the distinct impression she'd done this before many times. I wasn't mad at her at all. It's not her fault my roomie was a moron when it came to women. He moved out shortly thereafter and I didn't keep in touch, so I have no idea if anything else happened.

I am less quick than I used to be to dismiss creeps like Russ as an actual threat. We thought the same about Chris and then he raped his mom over and over again for weeks. There's a tendency as a male, even if you aren't some kind of massive badass, to dismiss how frightening and intimidating a violent male is to a woman.

And violence with Russ is always right below the surface, as much of a coward and weakling as he ultimately is.

I think he’s capable of violence. Not very successful violence, unless he catches someone off guard, but i absolutely see him stalking, harassing, send info to people’s families (if he found out these sex workers identities he’s do that shit in a heart beat), and more. edit: for reference look at a majority of serial killers and rapists/serial rapists. If anyone hasn't seen Hustlers, I'd recommend it because 1) It's a good movie and 2) It goes into this pretty well. It's about the trend of strippers in the early 2010's who drugged clients and ran up their credit cards. The beginning of the movie takes place pre-2008 crash, long before they start drugging anyone and the successful strippers have these insane luxuries. As J.Lo's character puts it, "There's this one guy XXXXX. He pays for my East Side Apartment. I haven't even sniffed his dick." Constance Wu's character is able to get guys to buy her macbooks with just a hint, then get diamond necklaces out of them later. Meanwhile she has a boyfriend and never cheats on him. When she's struggling post-crash, she ends up calling dudes on her "Get Money" list. All of this is before anyone is drugged.

Granted these are girls at upscale strip clubs, but it does happen. We see it today with Twitch thots getting hundreds of dollars to write a guy's screen name on her arm. Back in the day, kings and lords would not only blow obscene sums of money on their mistresses, but make drastic shifts in policy for them. Nell Gwynn got Charles II to create the first state-run veteran's hospital, and he literally met her while she was selling blowjobs at the Globe Theater. Don't even get me started on Wallis Simpson. It can go the other way a lot, too, though it tends to look slightly different when it's women simping for men and usually manifests as some girl wasting years of her life making a man into a project or doing some crazy, Creepshow-Art-esque shit.
