A customer ordered something from his store back in July and says they never received it. Etsy has closed his store until this issue is resolved (customer wants a refund). Josh can't pay back the refund because he's a dope with his finances and doesn't have enough money.

I'm honestly shocked he hasn't been providing tracking numbers. If he had provided one, the package would've been insured and he wouldn't be on the hook for it. When you make your shipping labels through Etsy, not only are they discounted but you get a tracking number and insurance. This does require a printer and a scale. Even if he's been taking his packages to the post office, a tracking number isn't that much more. He can even print his labels directly from USPS.com and get labels and tracking numbers. Is he just slapping stamps on his packages? I know Josh is retarded but sheesh. As a a consooomer who constantly checks the tracking numbers (and pizza trackers) of things he buys, one would think he would at least afford his customers the same service.
