The "6" thing will never stop being funny to me. It's such an embarrassing screwup in the first place, but even after being ridiculed here for it he still did it again anyway. For the past week I've giggled a little bit whenever I encounter the number 6. I hope to god he keeps it in his inevitable appellate court filings.

I can totally understand, and this is true for most cows here. I'm just really not prone to hate, and I certainly don't come to KF to get angry . Then again that's just me, and I wasn't trying to make a point in that post.

Moreover, some cows are more A-Log inducing than other, but I find endless hate posting really really boring and unfunny. Russ' thread doesn't have this problem, and I like that.

Knowing that we always get these docs before Russ actually checks makes me look forward to him waking up tomorrow. I hope he gets excited that his MOOing has finally gotten action from a judge. Then he starts reading and gets a sad little boner because the first part of the decision almost sounds promising (because it's just regurgitating what he wrote in his claim). Then his claims start getting dismissed... one by one. Would be fun to watch his face... oh, I guess the expression won't change.

I'm curious, could any US legal nerds give me an idea if I'd have a case against him for claiming that I'm responsible for mass shootings and suicides on his social media? I'd rather shit in my hands and clap than spend time/money sueing him but it would be the icing on top of the cake to be able to imagine that happening too. Feel free to PM instead of replying, ofc, I'd rather focus on contributing funny stuff than shitting up the thread with legal discussions.

I don't know how jurisdiction would work out but, generally in the US, allegations of criminal activity or 'moral turpitude' (as well as 'loathsome disease') fall under a special umbrella- per se defamation- and do not require the plaintiff to prove harm for a judgement.

I haven't followed Russ's latest diatribes but for someone so lawsuit-happy, we have many incidents of Russ engaging in just such actions, including claiming a hooker had AIDS (a quintessential example of per se libel).

I doubt the juice would be worth the squeeze, though.

I hope that Skordas wrangles some fees just because of how much he was seething over Skordas forcing the issue the first time when he ignored the debt for over a year. Having to pay for someone else's defense against him, twice, even a token amount will just kill him.
