Thank you for the information.started as 'epin' (short for epic win) but never really caught on in that form
later turned into 'ebin' in spurdospeak and became popular in spurdo memes
now mostly used to reference or emulate spurdo for fun

this is one of the most singularly stupid posts I have seen in a very long timeOnly in USA courts. And who knows what judges will do in that weirdo place, I mean apparently some judges are ELECTED. Not even legally qualified. And filing fees can apparently be up to USD1000.
ETA: Did Skordas actually get any money from Russhole? I bet he didn’t.
Grow up Andrew, let’s be real. Skordas didn’t collect money, and he’s not even a very good lawyer. Fortunately Null didn’t need anything spectacular to defeat the very dumb filings Greer made.
Yeah, sorry I meant the "Shoved a Girl" and "Lesbian Virginity" stories. Kill List has obv. been verified. I really think the first two are total BS though.I think there were a few different posts involved, but none of them rock-solid.
Shoved a girl: Anonymous commenter on Reddit. The realistic tone and the commenter's history seemed to lend this some credibility. However, it was unverified.
Lesbian virginity: Anonymous commenter on news article re: Taylor Swift. Unverified. Suspicious, as commenter claimed to know Russ from high school in Utah, when Russ attended high school in Wyoming. I believe Russ was already somewhat-known from the screenshots of his FB threat to sue that stripper, so it's not impossible this was a troll.
Kill list: Commenter on news article (not the same as the lesbian). Also claimed that Russ was found with a gun in his backpack, which I believe was disproved by the actual police report. Might not have been a troll, but rather a person who actually went to school with him who was repeating rumors they'd heard as a kid as though they were facts.
Kill list was specifically Chads and Stacies: I have never heard this allegation. What does this even mean, exactly? That Russ was using incel terminology? That he was threatening popular kids as opposed to kids he thought had wronged him in some other way (like a lesbian who yelled at him, just for instance)?
To be fair, everyone who is NOT Russell Greer is a Chad or a Stacy in comparison.Kill list was specifically Chads and Stacies: I have never heard this allegation. What does this even mean, exactly? .........HOW?!There's no vexatious litigant statute in federal law.
I'm not saying I agree with the sentiment, just trying to understand the motivation behind it. The judge needs to remain impartial and unbiased so I guess he simply wanted to let Russ know that he recognizes the situation as distressing but at the same time as a judge bound by the letter of law he needs to recognize the lawsuit as meritless.this is the one statement that I don’t agree with.
I could see it being a ween or some shit trying (successfully) to get Russ to freak out and do something like submit this--but I could also see Russ getting desperate over this because some woman proverbially laid him the fuck out and continues to openly mock him, tell him she detests him and people like him (a nice guy but just tragically misunderstood and lumped in with 'nice guys') and theres nothing he can do about it not least because she's halfway across the world in another country and he cant at the very least try to sue her.Nah, the email was definitely a random Russ-watcher and not Russ himself. Think about it, it's exactly what Russ (thinks he) needs - a whole-assed explanation of how Kiwi Orchards is responsible for Russ losing jobs, legal cases and any chance at banging hookers. It's also hilariously obvious bullshit, written possibly with the vain hope that Russ would go running to the judge with the email as 'proof', but I suspect the email author never actually expected Russ would be so fucking naïve as to actually go and do just that. Yet here we are.
I'm starting to wonder just how gullible Russ is. If I claim to be the judge, is he gonna go firing off another letter asking for the judge to be removed from his case because I'm a mean kiwi? After all, I wrote it in a post so it must be true. Right?
He was pretty well blacklisted from law firms in SLC because of his TS suits. Law offices have access to databases that public doesn't, and they were most likely concerned he'd misuse them for his lawsuits. They could get sued into oblivion if that happened, so they just didn't hire him. He got shitcanned from one job after two days, and there was speculation that was the reason, but I personally think he just showed he was utterly incompetent at being a paralegal (or being a multi-celled organism for that matter) and they axed him. He was probably a diversity hire and they realized he was gonna be more trouble than he was worth.i don't think he will work as a paralegal again though, his reputation precedes him and no law firm wants to be associated with a dude who is infamous for filing bullshit lawsuits against celebrities.
Suing Yovanna for enticing him with her enchilada-like Dominicana wiles? An NFL saga where he gets das boot from a game for stalking the cheerleaders and sues the league for discrimination? You can never predict cows, but I'm gonna try to summarize the possibilities for the next chapter for ol' Rusty here.
1. The Battle Against Section 230 to take down Skordas and Moon
2. Return his focus to his White Whale, Taylor Swift with a new (fourth?) lawsuit
3. Having to return to his parents after losing all his money this summer on his useless pursuits
4. Once his 1-year lease is up, moving to LA to search for his twin sister and chase the hollywood dream
5. A new song, for a new instathot
6. A hooker bender with what little money he has left, targetting cheap street whores who might not know who he is
7. Edit: marching to the Bunny Ranch and demanding some sex
Really I think 5 or 1 are most likely, though 4 would be my preferred outcome
Whats the penalty for not having a diversity hire? I wanna know how much people would pay to not have Russell work for themHe was pretty well blacklisted from law firms in SLC because of his TS suits. Just reputational, I think. As long as they have one or two diverse people kicking around, they should be totally fine. Didn't have to be Russ, could be a trans woman of color who's also hard of hearing.Whats the penalty for not having a diversity hire? It's possible he immediately started creeping on an attractive female employee and they just decided to say fuck it and get rid of him before it could escalate.Just reputational, I think. Assuming he was literally the only diverse person at the entire firm, I guess you could say they would rather risk a hypothetical lawsuit someday than deal with him. I personally find it funnier to imagine he brought so little value they fired him for leaving the break room a mess. He wasn't worth sweeping up Cheeto crumbs, lol.
As he once followed an employee into the female locker rooms of the gym to keep harassing her, yeah, I can see it. Somewhere in the earlier bits of the thread even had a few posts where he was stated he used to do it to girls on campus and would get loud when confronted. And harass women as well as follow them around several floors of the building he worked in instead of doing actual work. So, not out of the realm of behavior. It's possible he immediately started creeping on an attractive female employee and they just decided to say fuck it and get rid of him before it could escalate.

This easily makes the top 5 of my "dumb shit in court documents list 2021". Overall standings are still dominated by Ty Beard's Twitter Binder.
Not really, as he doesn't have any such status. There is a national certification that enhances your credibility as a paraprofessional, but it's not legally required in most states. It isn't in Utah, although it is encouraged. In Nevada, a paralegal can only work under a licensed attorney, at least doing traditionally paralegal activities.Question for the Legal guys & girls..Can he lose his paralegal status with the shit he files in court? Is that possible?
u wot m8ey yo Polexia Aphrodesia i have successfully goaded the autistic more autistic than i into citing my sources.
apparently they're pretty legit, so take that on its merits.
statements without exemptions for the provided qualifiers tended to be received as the statement. i don't know what else to tell you.
Thanks. I can always count on My fellow Kiwi's for a legal question. No wonder Lawtwitter hates us,All [sic] means is yes, that's really what he said.

So there's no real danger of Russ "practicing" in Nevada. He could probably do paralegal work in Utah if anyone would pay him to, which seems unlikely, as he is abysmally incompetent.
