Phil handled that rather well. Probably the best strategy. I can't believe he behaved himself so well.

I wonder if he has stopped drinking since all this shit started. No way he could be so measured and logical with the hangover depression.

Of course he could just go off the rails during this stream and make me eat my words, but we shall see

So basically the leaks are real but theyre also fake but some of it is real but also it's also all bullshit and Phil didn't make those purchases except for the ones he did . He also didn't even notice this was happening for a long time and this is a federal crime and so is even talking about this but luckily none of his real fans even care about any of this but they did ask him to explain what was going on even though they really don't care. Phil has been advised to not even talk about this which is why he just did. Sound good? *lip smack lip smack* Alright good stuff my friends, onto gaming news!

wait so it was 10 years since Bayonetta 1, and 5 years since Bayonetta 2 so the 5 year gap there was fine but then the 5 year gap between 2 and 3 isn't cause Avatar 1 being 10 years since Avatar 2?

Also is willing to pay for the upgraded XBL Gold to get XBL AND XBGP but nintendo does it and it's milking because there's replica controllers since that has something to do with the online service?

Summary of Phil's Slanderous and Illegal Prestream​


Brief statement because he "can't reveal that much"
  • Over the last week, "I've been subject to the crime of identity theft"
  • A FEDERAL crime
  • SOMEONE found out my personal information.
  • Went around the internet impersonating me, doing very malicious things to say the least.
  • Pretending a lawyer advised him behind the scenes
  • People accessed his banking information - confirmed.
  • They took control over his financials!
  • Tried to create accounts in his name!
  • Looked at credit reports!
  • "Do as much as they could to hurt me"
  • Phil lucked out that I got an email about someone messing about in one of my accounts.
  • You can absolutely not believe everything you're hearing about me on the internet.
  • Calling it all misinformation and conspiracy theories
  • Debunking always backfires! They are moving the goalposts!
  • Never good enough to try to explain anything.
  • They've taken it too far committing federal crimes against me!
  • No, not everything about me is true. But I can't go into specifics because of stuff going on behind the scenes.
  • I've been advised "the more you say about something, the more can be used against you."
  • Even if you're defending yourself rationally. Even if you're in the clear or innocent, it's best to not say anything. Let the facts speak to themselves to the authority. I don't owe any explanation to the nut jobs.
  • Shouldn't have to feel that there are lingering conspiracy theories. I do my best to keep that off my stream.
  • People messaged me behind the scenes THANK YOU for ignoring the drama on the internet!
  • Pretending that his banking, showing he is lying about his finances, has nothing to do with his stream.
  • Phil totally ignored what the bank records show.
  • Thinks ignoring the leaks "doesn't help". Disproving everything isn't good enough.
  • Phil thinks everyone talking about this, sharing data, will be held accountable for FEDERAL CRIMES.
  • On his day off, Phil sat around all day making phone calls on his computer talking with people of various occupations trying to "get this horrible thing fixed"
  • Phil says this has been ongoing for awhile and Phil wasn't aware of it.
  • Blames BoA for not having 2 factor authentication. In reality, Phil never set it up.
  • Made that he had to talk on the phone to customer service for the entire day!
  • Things he deserved a day out with his family after a 6 day workweek!
  • Gonna take so much TIME and MONEY to fix.
  • Now his Tax Attorney "disingenuous asshole" fucked his life up for YEARS!
  • Just this week alone Phil has been screwed on FEES. Things are unpaid and it's NOT MY FAULT.
  • I don't like talking about it, none of this is going to help anything.

  • Phil wanted to go out with his wife on his day off to get Halloween decorations and he couldn't! Wanted to look for Halloween costumes, but couldn't! He sat at home all day!
  • Luckily (?) Kat is playing Lost Judgement and loves the game. She was upset but was able to enjoy herself on our day because she could play a video game all day.
  • I am the victims of identify theft. People create accounts in my name, do things in my name that I didn't authorize.
  • If I hadn't just declared bankruptcy, they would have RUINED things for me if I had good credit. Things might have fallen apart.
  • In a situation here, there's nothing I can do to fix it or anything about it.
  • "Can't do anything about man"
  • All that shit is illegal! "I'm going to use a leak to say defamatory stuff about Phil. That's ILLEGAL! That's slander! With information that isn't true!"

  • People are so dumb, are you fucking deaf you stupid shit? Here's what they do. They take a piece of information to run with a bunch of bullshit. It's all made up!
  • That's all I can say about it, that's all I'm going to say about it, because that's all there is to say.
  • I LITERALLY have nothing else on the subject because there's nothing else to say that I can say.
  • Banning anyone saying anything about it because they "are trying to ruin the content".
  • Don't ask, don't talk, has nothing to do with you. It's my business, I have to deal with this for years to come. I have to pay money to get this fixed.

  • If a website saves all your information, stop using that website. That website will fuck you! This is huge and they can be sued into OBLIVION for having that information!
  • Story about storing data on Amazon. Some sites apparently show you the full credit card information for false charges? Who knows.
  • Nothing is foolproof! (again, Phil didn't have 2-factor on his banking. He did everything wrong)
  • "It sucks. It sucks bad. I love having positive attention in the fall season on gaming, and now my attention needs to be on this."
  • You're not going to get a debunking session ever, leave and don't come back!
  • My streams aren't for this drama shit!

In Summary:
  • Phil was a victim of a federal crime and identify theft. Alleges people opened accounts in his name.
  • You can never ask him about it or talk about it. You will be immediately banned.
  • Phil did not address the contents of the leak or what his bank records reveal.
  • People take the information and make conspiracy theories and slander and lies about Phil.
  • Anyone talking about or sharing the leaked information is a criminal according to Phil.
  • He's never talking about it again, it has nothing to do with his streams.
  • He did nothing wrong.
