The cpap has been an irregular side character in the nik and orlin show for some time now. From a quick search of this thread the first mention of nik wearing a cpap was in April of last year.

Did he need it 18 months and 100-/+ lbs ago? probably not but he's a self proclaimed hypochondriac. He sure as fuck needs it now to sleep as he's waddling along to the 400's.

True, but he's still playing it up. A man who uses a wheelchair because he broke his ankle last month is not the same as a man who uses a wheelchair because he's paralyzed from the waist-down. He's presenting this as if he needs to wear this stupid thing to stay alive every waking moment.

Its generally accepted that if you lose an insane amount of weight quickly due to disordered eating you'll put it back on and them some and the stress on your body from doing that would be astounding.
I feel like if he does try it will solely be a publicity stunt for more views and his weight loss journey would just be more intense fake breakdowns crying about how he's relapsed.
I do hope that he is being serious though. The possibility of him genuinely trying to fix his shit then making a conscious decision to go back to being a fat histrionic retard because he is addicted to attention would be the funniest reality by far.
