I doubt neither the letter or the ILJ recordings are going to show up in the courtroom given how they are just random postings by idiots on the internet. He wrote a a non-privileged letter from within prison to someone outside that was not his lawyer.
The letter would have been read, checked that it did not violate any rules on content, copied, filed to his file and copied to the prosecutor before it would even get a stamp put on the envelope or left the building.
