Honestly, yeah, I see this as the most likely scenario. If Chris feels entitled to trespass at the Game PlacE, then he'll sure as shit feel entitled to trespass there.

Of course, this is assuming that Barb still has possession of the house when he gets out.

I think they're gonna have to get professional cleaners to decontaminate the house before tearing it down, hoarder houses tend to become environmental hazards, can't bulldoze a hoarder house to then have legions of rats and brown recluses swarming out into the neighborhood, etc.
Someone on the forum works crime scene cleaning I recall, and those businesses tend to get hired to handle this shit because cleaning hoarder houses is hell, and requires strong guts not phased by hyper disgusting conditions. Maybe they have some insight.

Excuses, like always. If you brought up the fact any contact with the victim (stealing money from her bank account included) was cause for arrest, he'd probably say " If you guys hadn't kicked me out of my house, I wouldnt have had to do that- and my last money was used for my brony convention costume- WHICH you jerks made me miss! If anything, the state owes me money for damages!"

Just flip the situation around. Had someone raped him, then stole nearly $1000 from his bank, I'd love to see how well and calm Chris handles the situation.

Late but is it even possible for Chris to get raped? Is there seriously any way for Chris of all people to not like/be willing for sex?

Truly the savior of our time. Just like Jesus struggled to carry the cross that he died upon, so was done unto our Chris when he carried Patti's 2-ton dog house.

Only way possible is maybe with Sockness since he was a degenerate who wanted to fuck Chris. But outside of him, no one will ever want to fuck Chris except for people who have fetishes for very gross people which is a minority.

Hell anyone who thinks Chris will get raped in prison has watched way too many movies along with thinking that inmates would be that desperate to fuck someone like Chris

And even if he's in a tard home or a halfway house...he still ain't getting his toys. There will be hard fast limits on how much crap/possessions are allowed in his room--especially since the rooms are usually shared. Also, he'll be on the sex offender registry as a sexual predator. Probably will require a psychosexual evaluation along with his items being rolled and scrutinized regularly.

And insanity plea? Maybe...but Pristine would find out soon enough that an insanity plea is not going to improve his living outcome. They generally become much, much worse and with more restrictions.

Personally I think the obsession with prison sex comes from watching too much Beyond Scared Straight. I doubt that program even works but it's hilarious to think of how Chris would react to being put on that show, either as a speaker or going through the program.

He would, however, get his ass kicked on a fairly regular basis if he doesn't get with the program and stop being a spastic autist.

Honestly, if his defense wants to go for the insanity plea I say go for it full steam ahead. If he hasn't learned by now he never will.

If Chris is put in the general population area of Prison he will likely be beaten up or be the laughing stock for other inmates
