I don't really agree with it, mostly because I don't care how or if Phil ends his story, but him pounding on his C cups and yelling about someone committing fraud is why I understand those who want his bankruptcy to be seriously investigated and for him to be stepped on so hard that the ISS can hear the squealing.

I like how he's crying over a 70 dollar charge back when he has no issue blowing through thousands on literal junk every week.
This is his crack addict mindset on full display. By taking him further away from his next fix you've become Satan, you're literally threatening his very existence, by coming between him and his addictions you're threatening his life.

What the bank statements showed us is that Philliam was being far more genuine than most of us could've imagined, all of his begging and frustration and sudden mood shifts once he gets over a certain amount of money make perfect sense when viewed through the lens of him being a hardcore addict. Check some drug/addict related documentaries and you'll see the exact same frustration, crabbiness and hunger for cash followed by an almost serene calmness once they know they can call their dealer to secure the next fix.

i charged back a 2 dollar superchat i did 2 days ago. paypal refunded it 10 seconds later.
this dood wins zero chargebacks. all he does is lie
Superchats aren't tips, unless you're confusing the two.

I'd imagine PayPal picks it's battles when it comes to refunds; $2 from you that (I assume) doesn't charge back very often is probably automatically granted.

Phil still keeps that $1.40 (after YT takes it's $0.60 cut) and depending on your YT account, you'll most likely be banned from SC-ing any creator again; at least from your PayPal account.

However, Phil can't be trusted to tell the truth about tipping and there may not have been *any* charge backs over the break or he's exaggerating the situation for pity bux.

i'm ready for the series finale already. he's become so boring and uninteresting that the only reason i'm still following is because i want to see a conclusion to this mess.
The shitty thing is that it might not really have a finale. It might just be one of many shitty things in Phil's history.

I had initially thought that some whales would stop funding his addictions now that it's proven that detractors were right all along. But nope. they're still there.

The thing is, though, that it just doesn't matter. So what if Phil reaches the tips goal every day? We know where that's going. Now everyone can be 100% sure that Phil will beg until the day he dies.

i guess my qualifications for a finale are him being forced to sell the gout palace and move into a shitty studio apartment streaming for $15 a day

I know, modern Phil is so boring nowadays. His personality is subdued to the point where he is completely lifeless for long periods of time. His "gameplay" or lack there of is just him moving in circles while scanning for tips. His "commentary" has devolved to either pigsplaining the game to Derich or begging for tips. More than likely the finale will come in the form of him having a stroke/heart attack at the age of 52 in the middle of playing some boring JRPG that no one likes.

I've taken a long break from DSP due to work and travel, but just skimming the recent pages it shows the same cycle that he always goes through. Some big info is revealed of him being a scumbag, trolls inform the chat of this scumbaggery, and they still give Phil all their money and time.'

Phil could smoke meth on camera one day and they would still throw their money. These people crave the attention they don't get in real life and will pay and troll their way to get it.

I mean lets be honest. If you follow some random guy over the internet so closely that you feel personally dedicated to make sure they live an either comfortable or miserable life despite your own... you really must not have much going on.

At the end of the day. Its just some 40 yr old clown playing video games. And if the leaks say anything, like spending $1,000's just to sit in a room and tap a phone screen while getting blackout drunk all by himself... he's in his own personal hell. Not much all the other detractors and trolls can do to top the biggest detractor of them all. Himself.
