Klein seems to generally support Israel, but thinks extremists on both sides are the issue and that fundie Orthodox Jews are deliberate provocateurs and the government shouldn't deliberately bomb civilian targets. (Ethan bitching about Israel isn't important because he bitches about everything). Hasan Piker meanwhile is very much more "we should do BDS to force the fascist ethnostate of Israel to end apartheid" or "Israel is committing genocide through the second nakba", mixed in with "it's anti-semetic to assume all Jews support Israel".

I mean, he's not wrong. Reagan did sign an amnesty bill, Reagan did support the Brady act. While, i don't have too much of an issue with the Brady act (just a background check iirc), Signing amnesty instantly turned California forever blue. Reagan was fucking garbage.

I don't want this thread to get derailed, but the amnesty bill was the only compromising way to get everyone onboard with tighter border control and laws against illegal immigrants. He believed that everyone had the right to their roots that they established in America. The counter option, kicking every illegal out, would have never passed and America would have never gotten stronger border patrol without allowing those who had been here working and their families to stay.
You aren't completely wrong, and this is a much more interesting discussion than should be had far from this thread.

I think it's pretty telling that while Ethan's kvetching about Joe Rogan at the 1:23 mark he says the following quote below. Important to note that at 52 years old Rogan publicly recovered from COVID in a matter of <4 days and tested negative in nearly record time. Ethan you're a deathfat. Don't you think that just maybe if Joe truly did recover so quickly after getting COVID, that maybe this crooked ass doctor you're smearing shouldn't be shut down, censored, and ruined like you regularly encourage? Perhaps this doctor might have something to say?
