I don't hate her and I don't really watch her videos, but I tried to watch her interviewing that pornstar. I don't know is Syd playing a character of some sort, but watching her was very uncomfortable for me, like I'm watching a woman who can out of nowhere grab a pair of scissors and start stabbing people. Couldn't stand it for long.
For the context, regarding my opinion on other popular anitubers: I liked some Gigguk's videos, despite generally disliking videos of this sort (by people like DigiBro or Mother's Basement, what a waste of time it was).

Is there a chance that's just a very elaborate background and not a (semi)competent game? Or maybe there have purchased some template to experiment in with the models? A proper game seems to be a big and risky investment from a company inexperienced in the field of game development.

They have some pretty good designers and some people are already making fan games, even animations with Hololive characters. Given that nobody has a bad voice in Holo, that could work out pretty well!

I don't think so. Minecraft does feel like a great place to fuck around and talk to other girls without actually having to schedule a collab. Something that Gen 1 never really do too much after their first week where they built the railway.

I feel like Reine is the same. While her solo streams talking about random shit are not my thing, whenever she solo plays game she is very entertaining and often interacts with chat. On collab streams she shines.

She plays up the whole "im the hentai girl who reads all the hentai, look at me" yet the way she acts makes it seem that she comes from a very consevative/religious household where sex and anything sex related was taboo and she still acts and reacts awkwardly to it. She's also super loud and obnoxious. That said I don't hate her but the whole thing doesn't translate too well into Vtubing. Then there is always the fact that it seems like she got into it because of the spike in popularity but she seems to put no effort towards streaming.

A HoloLive Gacha game is where it's at. They already have a captive demographic that's proven more than willing to burn cash just for SC's. Imagine a gacha game where you actually get them to collect/capture their Holo waifus.

Sydney is on the record that she learned all about sex through hentai, coming from a mid-west, conservative christian family. I find her cringe but I do understand why she's the way she is now. Imagine escaping that midwestern conservative upbringing only for your "salvation" to be weebdom and hentai.

Speaking of onsens, Mori really loves them. Always brings smile to my face when she starts talking about something she likes a lot like Harvest Moon or onsens in this stream.
It also showed how much different they acted with each other compared to their first collab. Those tea dates really seemed to work.
