Biologically female, she transitioned to male and passes rather well, except she sperged against Zaelefty by using her credentials to say that karyotypes were proof sex wasn't binary. Colin Wright responded to her. She managed to get 22k likes and there was plenty of smugness against the TERFs. Zaelefty took it on the chin and carefully responded to the most popular claims.

As it turns out, she was a diversity hire with only a 3.7 GPA. That average isn't enough for Asians or whites to get into Harvard or any advanced medical program.

Then "Stephanie" chimes in with the 3% number, which is another commonly quoted ridiculous statistic that they are hoping no one looks into too deeply (to get a number that large, you have to count stuff like hypospadias and undescended testicles at birth as "intersex conditions") and uses it to try to pull normal people into his garbage.

Which is why I said "the outward female phenotype" and specifically pointed out that I wasn't saying "all fetuses start off female," because I was talking about why we see female-looking humans with XY and never the opposite.

XX males do exist. During meiosis (the sperm/egg producing version of mitosis, where cells go haploid) there's a phenomenon known as "crossing over" where the chromatids swap versions of genes (alleles) around. This is why someone might end up with their grandmother's black hair but not their grandmother's brown eyes.
Anyway the sex determining region of the Y chromosome can end up crossing over to the X chromosome if the process really shits the bed, resulting in an XX male - typically infertile and they'll basically always have malformed genitals, weirdly patch body hair or gynecomasty (bitch tits).

Anyway, what causes troons to seethe and cope is that if you have normal male genitals and had a normal male puberty (and especially if you've fathered children) you are 100% guaranteed not to be intersex. The intersex argument essentially only applies to trans men, but it's always trans women arguing that you don't know their chromosomes.

Wasn't the first. Won't be the last. Translate it to Latin and it could be the peak-trans motto.

You shouldn't cater to someone's delusions because it'll damage their ability to be functional adults and make them worse. Most autistic people and a fair few down's syndrome people are fully competent adults just with the odd quirk, or can achieve a level of functionality if that's worked at, but when they've got it bad they're essentially little kids in many ways. So it's harmless to indulge their little notions because it makes them happy. Before covid, I took my cousin to see Drag Syndrome (yes, it's a troupe of drag queens with down syndrome, yes it went pretty much exactly as you'd imagine that would go, although tbh the hardest part was getting her to use the tube), she's not trans - she thought she was for a while, but she also thought she had to touch all the books on her mum's bookshelf before she left the house - however she's fascinated with drag queens and especially drag kings (women larping as Aidens) and loves dressing up. She won't perform but she had an amazing time.

What you don't do is get them on hormones or surgery, you make up a story about how you spoke to Dr Smith who said they don't need the hormones because their body has magically started making them itself or something and then get them a haircut/wig and some snazzy clothes. You certainly don't act like they have any basis to instruct society on the true nature of gender. Severely autistic people can still pilot a twitter account, though, and you can't always tell who you're talking to on there.
