If I asked you for a referral for a chef to cater an event and you told me to hire your fry cook friend from Burger King, you technically gave me a reference to someone who can technically cook, but not someone who may fit the needs of the type of cook I need to cater the event.

And just because your friend at burger king talked himself into getting hired to cater doesnt mean he was best suited for it, and it makes you look shitty when I find out your friend from BK gives you left overs whenever he caters.

As a father I don’t know what’s so unbelievable about the concept of “I wouldn’t let anyone watch my kids unless I knew them very well and most weirdos from the Internet wouldn’t qualify.”

Aside from the pedo accusations (which I don’t personally believe go beyond meming about weeb shit), we know that May is very young, not a mother herself (yet), and in a relationship with a drug and alcohol abuser (so likely abuses them herself). In fact I can’t really think of anything we know about her that would go in her favor when it comes to choosing her to safely watch over five children.

Despite all the nose and hannukah jokes, he's actually not Jewish, but May is. So if May were to sue him, he'd lose by default. May's side would make some veiled threat to accuse the court of antisemitism and the mere threat of that accusation would scare the court into ruling in her favor.
The reason the 'the judge is a bigot' strategy didn't work for Melinda Scott is that despite her insisting otherwise, she is in fact not Jewish either.
