You don't need evidence of her acting on it to be cautious. Did no one learn the lesson from Nick Bate or the Zoosadists that somebody who openly admits to have this urge has either committed the act, is currently abusing a victim or will act on the urge when the opportunity to do so is presented to them?

May in my opinion is potentially an even bigger threat. Unlike Bate May comes off as capable of appearing normal in society. People aren't necessarily going to have the same red flags to stay away or be cautious when around her. She is likely going to have many more opportunities presented to her where she can assault a victim.
