I think that particular nuance may have been relevant to the question of whether the order of protection qualifies as such under the federal firearms prohibition which is more narrow and requires certain types of relationships to take effect (and does not include the non-relationship of Russ)

If they both now live in a different jurisdiction than where the no-contact order was given, does it still have legal weight? Basically, is a protective order in Utah enforceable in Nevada?

Hey Russell, if you read this someday, this is exactly why everyone else says things like "G as in Giraffe" or "G as in Garage", or whatever, because even normal people have issues being heard coherently over the phone. You aren't that special.
Those five wasted minutes (doubt it since Russell is no fan of the truth) were more a result of ignorance than disability.

Restraining orders are protected under the Full Faith and Credit clause of the constitution, which means that courts from other states must respect them.
I just hope Russ wasn't trying to pull something with this move.

Look, let’s not all be fucking retarded.

This woman was bothered by Greer so much she had to go to court. There is no goddamn way on this earth that she doesn’t occasionally browse his very public social media just to keep loose tabs on him, if not for curiosity then at least for her own safety. It’s basic human nature.

Also, Skordas represented her as well as Null. He knows where Greer lives now. I simply don’t believe that bit of informational didn’t get passed along already.

So please collectively take a breath and stop bothering people. Sure there’s a chance she doesn’t know, but there’s also a chance Greer will get signed a record contact tomorrow.

A lawyer with a really good sense of humor might. Who wouldn't want to see what happens next? I, myself, am holding out until they have to actually lock Russ out of the courthouse and he ends up on his knees in front of the door, pounding on the glass.

That "I spent five minutes telling someone my last name" story is a bullshit lie, 100%. You don't need your lips to say "G" sounds. In fact, "Greer" would probably be one of the more intelligible words for Russhole to say, unless his tongue is paralyzed along with his lips. And you'd think that if he struggles so much to be understood by people he could do something really simple to help them out, like carry with him a pocket notebook and pen, or even get a simple notepad app for his cell phone so he can type out the words he struggles with. But that would take ACTUAL effort, not the lazy bullshit kind of effort Russ always does, and it would benefit OTHER PEOPLE. So of course he doesn't do anything like that.
