All you need is the information from someone's legit card, and there's millions of pictures of people's vax card plastered all over social media. I've read a few "how to spot a fake" protocols and the only thing they can really go by is matching the drug batch numbers to the region and date the shot was administered. If you use a legit card as the basis for yours, you're golden.

The Aussie vaccine certificates are watermarked and password protected PDF files.

It's pretty much impossible to fake one unless you have mad photoshop skills however if you can get your hands on an original they're stupid easy to tamper with.

Here's the process

1) Once you have the original PDF file save it to documents
2) Open it in Adobe pro (pirate if you don't have).
3) Press print but instead of printing click down and save as PDF file
4) Open the saved file again in Adobe pro
5) You have two options, you can edit the original or convert it to a Word doc. I suggest the latter.
6) Now you have a perfect Word version of the certificate. Feel free to put you name and date of birth etc and then hit save
7) Convert back to a PDF file
If you're wanting to use to email to your employer, which is illegal and I completely disavow save the file as the following
your first and second name in ALL CAPS, followed by an identifier number- just use the number on the original you have. Also make sure you password protect the PDF file before sending.
Alternatively just print it out and hand it in

I wouldn't be hopeful about the "testing or vaccination" part either as I expect vaccinated people will still need to get a test 48 hours before departure given how shit the vaccines are.

You can't even "borrow" the passport and vaccination status app of a family member and try to fly out in their name because if you have ever travelled international before, your iris and palm print is already tied to your own passport from the scanners.

But not all countries require you to be vaccinated to enter especially if you're a citizen. Some countries are respecting your right as a citizen to return regardless of vaccination status, while some like Australia are not. For example, the country I want to emigrate to will allow me to enter whether I'm vaccinated or not - if vaccinated, I can go about my business straight away, if unvaccinated, I need to quarantine for x amount of time and then am free to go about my business - no mandate for anything.

Hopefully this shit will be challenged in court, I'm not really in a position to do such a thing myself

<coughs> I've heard that sometimes LitePDF can bypass restrictions on printing/converting password-protected PDFs, if you're lucky. Sometimes that "glitch" can even happen when paired up with drivers that let you "print" PDFs to lossless, unprotected TIFF images that you can then do whatever you want with, like BlackICE or PeerNet or maybe DocuFreezer (first two are enterprise-oriented payware, but many corporations have those drivers installed on company networks, very interesting, no?). Of course, a nefarious person with a high enough resolution monitor could always screenshot the page and then save it... But those are all bad, bad people and we definitely shouldn't do anything they'd do.
