I'm not entirely sure why Len is dragging out his legal process here. Unless Hy is doing all this pro-bono (its a long thread, forgive me if I forgot the status of this). Chris is going to have continuances from now till next year but that's likely because he's doing things (therapy) to help get a reduced penalty when he eventually pleads guilty. Chris isn't actually going to go through a full jury trial. Len on the other hand looks to be trying to drag this thing in front of a jury...is Hy really going to do weeks of legal work for free? I mean really Len could land a much harsher sentence (relatively) compared to if he just plead out now and possibly took probation and some community service hours. Sorry for the possible rambling here...Len boggles the mind sometimes.

Unless sears has a giant warehouse in the back, I seriously doubt they would have a motorized forklift. Retail stores will have a pallet jack, which lifts loads 6 inches at most and a retarded monkey like Len can operate.

I worked at a similarly sized Walmart, and there is always going to be a forklift in any place that sells bulky items like appliances. You've got to have some way to stack bulky items on higher storage shelves. And sears deals mostly IN appliances.

Len refuses to believe he did any wrong due to never developing beyond the Preoperational Stage of Development. He's still egocentric and can only think about himself. Hell, he never even developed beyond pre-conventional morality; he's stuck at Phase two "what's in it for me?".

It was a cold winter day in January. I decided to go out railfanning that morning since their was a fresh blanket of snow. I had to drive about half an hour to where I would start my railfanning journey. I went to Temple PA outside of Reading PA. (Not far from Pottstown). I noticed some people I knew and decided I would join them at the parking lot we were railfanning from. We were talking after several trains passed and decided we would explore some new locations. Me having a Ford F350 4 door, and snow everywhere. The 4 of us including me went to various railfanning spots until we worked our way down to a familiar town very familiar here, Pottstown! We pulled into a parking space and then grabbed our camera equipment. We all had high end cameras with mine costing me around almost 2,000. But anyway when we got set up we were hearing a crew mumbling over the radio about a trespasser. Here the trespasser was messing around something near the track. wedidn't think much of it until we heard the crew say they had to go into emergency over the scanner. I was like either someone got killed or this person got lucky. Turns out the train was on a straight away and saw a large character fall down a bank onto the tracks. When I heard them say a large character one and only one person popped into my head. Although I can't prove it was Len here I'm pretty sure the sperging bastard had something to do with it. You don't just see a fat person in the snow standing around train tracks at 9:30 in the morning. Stay tuned for part 2!

A public defender would have made an appearance and that would be reflected on the docket. Len may actually just be stupid enough to represent himself. Or for whatever reason Hy didn't show up to a procedurally significant hearing even though it would have taken literally minutes and involved handing a form to someone.

I wouldn't say for certain he's gone, but tentatively, the fact that he hasn't filed an appearance yet and neither has the public defender who ordinarily would have certainly makes it possible Len is really this dumb.
