To be fair, I also think a lot of actual white male voters preferred Trump to Hillary.
Biden gaining with that group is one of those reasons I believe in election fraud. Trump was gaining in every single category we polled on, even that one. And yet, I am expected to believe that when it came to actual turnout our polling was spot on the money on every single one, except this one group we were -wildly- wrong on?
I remember reading a zerohedge article all the way back in like... May, I think? predicting that the 1/6 Commission would operate for a few months, decide nothing could be done and then the whole Commission would just be memoryholed. If this is true and Rick Wilson isn't being a faggot, +1 to zerohedge. Suck on that doompill Twitterati.

Rick Wilson is a political strategist and often works with the media, specifically CNN. The Biden Admin is using CNN for political strategy. The Biden Admin would be kept abreast of what Congress is doing because it affects them.
Hey, if anyone wanted some outside proof that CNN is in fact being used for political consultation...
This can be taken both ways. One: He's done kicking the can.
Two? To quote Mr. Baseball: "It's gonna cost ya, chief."
I think they're flat out taunting them with it. He knows this is costing political capital and goodwill they don't have. And they're gonna have to pay even more next time.
Your Two is exactly correct. Put simply actually stopping the debt ceiling issue right now would be a non-starter, and would hurt them in the midterms. I... don't think it would hurt them more than the Democrats have hurt themselves. But why take the risk when there is little to gain from it politically? But this can-kicking... now that can gain. For one, it lowers people's patience with the issue, making it more likely to -not- hurt them if they outright stop it later on. Second, every single time they do it Democrats have to make more concessions they simply cannot afford. The Admin burned through all of its Political Capital, now McConnell is forcing congress to burn through its reserves.
Nice fantasy.
What you’ll actually get is a “we must be bipartisan” Senate, which we’re already seeing now, and a tough primary in 2024 that will likely see Trump running third party.
I normally like, if not agree, with your stuff. But this is so off-base I have to ask, are you trolling? Trump runs as a third party? He has over 80% approval in the Republican party, if he runs he just -gets- the nomination, nobody could even hope to compete against him. This, along with the other half of your post, seems to be either a deliberate troll or you attempting to force your preconception into a situation where it simply does not fit.
Senator Joe Manchin confronted Chuck Schumer on the Senate floor Thursday night over his speech attacking Republicans for not assisting more in raising the debt ceiling.

Ignore what was said, focus on who said it. Romney, the Arch-RINO, came out and spoke against Schumer. Yes, it was tepid as fuck, but ignore -what- was said.
The Arch-RINO, head of the RINO faction, spoke against the Democrat Majority Leader.
Importance: This signals an end of RINO participation in any deal with said Majority Leader, the Infrastructure bill just lost all RINO support. Now, Schumer could get this support back through backroom deals... but they'd need to use current Political Capital, not yet-to-be-earned Political Capital. Capital... he simply doesn't have. Something Manchin knows.
The Appeals Court is the second highest US court right? What's the significance of them slapping this down so quickly? I thought these things usually take weeks.
Either a slow day (most likely) or word came from SCOTUS they want it on their desk ASAP.
