Edit: I just checked,
faithchloevickers@gmail.com is taken, no two factor authentication, not bound to a phone.
Compromised in a "mathway" leak, that's it, when can White people algebra? Stop using these sites and read a book. No Facebook, nothing else.
I'll confirm that that is the e-mail I talked to when I was speaking with Faith. It's common enough knowledge so I don't think I'm giving away any information.
1. What does Ralph have to gain by posting this?
Ralph consistently posts things that don't benefit him directly, it's intended to rally the troops around him at a time when he's hurting. He's also used /cow/ in the past to attack people he doesn't like at the moment because of the relative anonymity, even if there's no direct benefit to him; it's a way of lashing out and nothing more. Remember, the Xander pictures appeared there five days after his initial arraignment for the renewed revenge porn charges, and according to Matt Vickers and Faith one of those pictures was ONLY in Ralph's possession.
Vickers said some sock named Evan Ralph added her, so they slapped some rubbish together in some kind of faggotop manner, Specktree came out and said it wasn't him and he doesn't have Facebook.
Correct. The sock account was called "Evan Ralph" and had a profile picture of Benedict Cumberbatch. It has since been deleted. Also, as I said I only have one Facebook account that I barely use as-is, and the only people I deal with on it are people I know in real life. I have never contacted Faith on it. All my conversations with her were in e-mail and, as of recently, on Twitter when she told me Ralph had asked for a continuance and the hearing was now slated for November 3, 2021.
If it's from a legal document without the following day's reversal, as Vickers says in that post, Ralph is being denied full knowledge of what he is accused.
I think you may be looking at it in the wrong direction. What I'm about to put out is pure conjecture, but it's based on things said by Ralph, Faith, or Matt Vickers as well as Ralph's past behavior.
First off, it may not be from a legal document from the prosecution of his revenge porn crime. Matt Vickers says:
This is supremely beautiful and fucking great! Thank you! This image appears in exactly one other document that I've seen, and it conveniently leaves out the follow up e-mails that Faith sent to detectives the NEXT DAY...which a certain someone never saw.
Finishing with:
Don't put legal responses together when you're drunk, boys and girls!
I'm thinking it was attached to his response to Faith's restraining order to "prove" somehow that she's a liar. The second quoted part says to me he's saying it came from Ralph specifically. The more interesting part, in my opinion, is that it "conveniently leaves out the follow-up e-mails that Faith send to the detectives...which a certain someone never saw". Obvious implication is it's Ralph. I don't think it was in the prosecution's stuff because Matt Vickers and, very likely Faith, would not have access to that information and likely would not have seen it that way.
If the prosecutors planned to use this against him for any reason, they would have to turn over
everything, including the follow-on e-mails Faith sent the next day. Matt Vickers claims this e-mail was sent 12/15/2020, the same day Ralph was arrested. Assuming the timezone in the e-mail is EST, it would have been sent roughly an hour or two after Ralph was released from jail. The follow-up e-mails came the next day.
My thinking is simple: Ralph is an abusive individual who allegedly had no problems cutting off Faith from contact with her family and friends back home. He heavily monitored what she typed out and who she was talking to. It is not beyond the realm of possibility that he had access to her e-mail account and phone and the passwords. Supposedly, Ralph still has many of her possessions, and that may include her previous phone. Even if it's not paid up and the account isn't active, a lot of SIM cards still carry the data on them, so all Ralph would need to do is connect to WiFi and he could still access her accounts if she hadn't changed her passwords after leaving. My thinking is that Ralph put the e-mail together, and the next day one of two things happened: either Faith or her father were looking at her e-mail account and saw the message that was sent or the detective called the Vickers to ask what was going on with the e-mail. In either case the password was changed, locking Ralph out of the e-mail account at that point, and the follow-on e-mails were sent telling the detective she hadn't sent them, or something similar and Ralph never saw them.
But as I said, it's just a theory on that part, but it kind of fits.
