This Matthew person has been drip-feeding Phil money all day, talking about having Tourette Syndrome and catatonic schizophrenia. Every time, Phil just dismisses him, saying he doesn't know what to say about these conditions. But Matthew keeps tipping.

I can't tell if this is a sock subtle trolling or what, but this is the definition of the unstable, dent-head Phil-fan. This is doubly true because he's bothering to contribute anything before the break when we can see what the BTS tips was so that the actual tip total can be revealed. I assume Phil will go for the OMM tip value of $25 today because he's already got a little pile of cash going.
At least some of these unbelievably stupid tippers/superchats making comments Phil will obviously never give a fuck about have to be trolls. There's been an increased amount of them, as well. For the "I'm just giving Phil a few bucks to laugh at him!" people, that adds up to thousands that Phil is making, all of which he's laughing at to the bank Scopely.

So how many lawyers did the bank leaks show Phil was lying about?

We're there any payments to lawyers? So basically all of them?

Phil lied about paying a "Tax Attorney thousands and thousands of dollars", and it turns out it was a CPA and cost a few hundred.
Phil lied about "working with a lawyer behind-the-scenes to take care of my foreclosure situation".

Phil said he was paying a lawyer that he was working with before he contacted his bankruptcy mill lawyer.
Phil says he is paying a lawyer to "fix" his "identity theft situation". . .that didn't happen.

Basically any time Phil says he is "paying a lawyer" that's just another euphemism for him spending a lot on WWEChampions.
Basically every single word he's ever said about his financial situation was a lie. As expected.
Some standouts:
He never hit the red on his account due to chargebacks. The only times he did hit the red and got overdraft fees was after ordering from totalwine and spending hundreds or thousands on itunes the previous day.
He's paying the bare minimum on his mortgage and getting raped by interests
His "hundreds of dollars" he claims to have spent the last time his car broke down was actually a 20 bucks charge from a Firestone dealer or something.
List goes on and on.

He said a few days ago that Kat is just under full time but they won't give it to her (another lie). She makes probably $16hr, works 30-35hrs (if you believe his lie), so that's like $400 a week. That is more than enough to cover his condo fees and internet bill, and have some left over for his 'day out'. It's like he gives the ammo to make holes in his begging.
He's got some weird expectations there. Retail often limits people from going full time so that they don't have to offer them a larger benefits package or things like that. They'll regularly have a group of employees that nearly work 'full time', but do not consistently qualify, specifically to avoid that label. They probably wouldn't offer it to her regardless. Not that she's a gold star employee to begin with - her supposed attraction to a human parasite with no work ethic strongly suggests she doesn't value 'hard work' either.

That said, just imagine the larger implications of this statement. He wants Kat to take on a full time retail job (soul sucking), in the middle of a pandemic where retail employees are not in a great position to begin with, while he literally makes $120k per year... and burns it on nothing. I'm sure a similar situation was not at all a contributing factor to Leanna's departure.

And on top of that, you aren't supposed to mention Kat as a second income in the context of his begging. That's been verbotin since he was playing her up as a second income when he was begging for her moving expenses. Weird that it has suddenly come up again, now that there are serious questions surrounding his finances.

We don't have concrete evidence about him faking chargebacks and won't do unless someon can gain full access to his paypal transaction history. I do believe he is lying but it's the one victim narrative he has that hasn't been fully debunked.
Not only has be been paying the bare minimum on his mortgage but recently he had been late on some of the payments and had to pay extra late fees on it.

Interesting he is so ready to push her out the door considering many believe that was the catalyst (no pun intended) for his last relationship ending. Then again the new one won't have to wear a fake ring so...problem solved?

To be fair, that's the general expectation for paying a mortgage. It's clearly a good idea to pay extra on the mortgage as you're able to (I personally and try do even $10 extra a month--adds up over time), but paying the exact payment is standard.

He's got some weird expectations there.

Phil has no idea how the real world works despite being almost 40? Do go on!

I like how Phil loves to state people "Waste money on a new switch OLED! Just wasting money on things they don't need." Oh Dave... It's so amusing how he tells us everything he does if he just listen.

His jealousy is increasing every day and he's doing himself a disservice per usual. Great khantent.
For some reason it's too difficult for him to say something like "It looks great, but personally I don't think it's worth the money".
Gotta sperg out at every opportunity. He really needs to get back on that cocktail of pills.

Youtube is just the same dumbass. The number of people who've been wrongfully taken down for DMCA and even community guideline claims is just as real. Also "do business" like he had any power to influence decisions. He was just an employee in all but name only, meaning he had none of the protections an employee of a company has.

Folks call them 'independent contractors'. Folks named McMahon, particularly.

If he still thinks that twitch wrongfully banned him and it was illegal, why hasn't he been trying to do anything about it. I know he is lazy but you would think that losing by his admission "thousands" a month would spur him into action. But even the pigroach greed can't escape his ability to not put forward an iota of effort. Has he done anything about it since he was first departnered except for bitch about it like a petulant child?

I would guess he's waiting to see what happens with the Dr.Disrespect case, seeing as the last guy that sued Twitch, (Phantomlord, I think) while he indeed 'won', only got his lawyer fees reimbursed. Yes, he got back his good name, but Phil never had that to lose. The Dr., conversely, could make the case that Twitch booting him resulted in a severe reduction of his income, hence 'lost wages/earnings', but it's a long shot at best. If he wins, though, Phil will jump on that precedent like a duck on a junebug with whatever contingency lawyer he can find to take the case.

Never going to happen even if Dr. Disrespect wins. Twitch can readily point to multiple and repeated violations of its rules by Phil, including uploading his streams immediately to YouTube, using slurs, insulting other Twitch partners, and so on. He's not getting shit from Twitch.

I get what you're saying, and although I don't know if there's any penalty in America for paying a mortgage early (there isn't where I live) if he has the money to blow tens of thousands on sweaty man jpegs he should be putting that on his damn mortgage.
We've had almost two full generations of constant housing price appreciation with historical low interest rates in the US. Under those conditions it's actually smarter from a financial perspective to pay the bare minimum on home-loans. That's not DSP's motive of course but just saying in general.

Yes but Phil is a degenerate gambler and a alcoholic with obvious poor impulse control. dude makes 3-500 a day n still lives hand to mouth.

"11 days and counting down (the date is the 21st of October this year for Affiliate) And funny side note Amouranth was booted again from Twitch. Has anyone checked if she is on the "No-ban list"?

Though I would assume if he gets Affiliate in October he will start in November to milk his paypigs for as much as possible
I was under the impression that you had to wait 12 months after losing your Affiliate/Partner Status before you could apply to get it back. Seeing as he was shitcanned April 21, I thought he still had another six months to stew. Then again, there's no guarantee they'll let him back in, especially with that last bit of gravedancing he indulged in; but one never knows for sure.
