That's pretty good except the gunt is less filled out and rounded, if you look at freeze frames from the Riley fight it kind of hangs down like a Flesh Apron, in the Riley fight at one point the gunt was the only thing holding it's owners pants up (which adds to my case it is sentient and controls Ralph via bitch hormones btw) and it's got the verticle line below the belly button that's the signature of any true gunt.

I think you’ve cracked the case. Ralph knows May was settling for him and they both know her botched polyamory scheme started the ball rolling on this set of circumstances. Ralph is exactly the kind of guy who’d even blame someone else for his own actions (“If you hadn’t failed at persuading Faith, I never would have lost my shit and choked her!”).
