Thanks for the advice next time I post one of my encounters from the past I will stay relevant and post the juicy content from my stories. I'm an active railfan so I see Len and I have my encounters. Keep in mind most of these happened before this thread was on the forum.

@ToroidalBoat is correct. Len was no doubt on BBSes before the internet was opened up for commericial use. They tended to be oriented towards one topic or activity. I used them extensively in the early 90s, and I can tell you they had their share of weirdos. Since they operated over the regular phone lines and long distance charges applied to data calls same as voice calls, most people used BBSes in their local area. Imagine all the strange people you've met online, then imagine them most likely living in the same area as you. It was wonderful and horrible at the same time. Sorry for the off-topic sperging, but I have fond memories of those days.

To be on topic: I don't think Len is actually mentally handicapped. I think he has a severe learning disability in the area of reading/writing, which was probably not properly addressed in school. I'd lay money on the fact that he's a sociopath, and one of the features of sociopathy is an inability to profit from experience, so that explains why he does the same shit over and over and expects people to fall for it. He may have a touch of the 'tism, but that's far from the only thing that's wrong with him.

He does all this while claiming victory. Like it's all going according to plan. Like he has some sort of deep con. Every single time, he gets the rug pulled out from under him yet again. But that too was according to plan, that there's yet another layer to his brilliant plan to take us down. I get the feeling that even when he inevitably ends up in jail, he'll still be claiming victory. That he was just pretending to be arrested so that he can bust open the kiwispiracy once and for all. Somehow.

He's a flame warrior version of Wimp Lo is what I'm saying.
