Judges tend to get a bit pissy when matters that were already clearly settled by prior courts including the supreme court end up back on their desk without a direct referral from higher court. Similarly your current appeals will go nowhere. The Appeals court will dismiss them as matters not yet appropriate for that court. Any attempts to appeal the District Courts overall decision will fail because there is no reversible error and you once again have no actual legal cause of action.
