He's said numerous times that he doesn't budget and that he can't keep track of all his ins and outs due to the "nature of his profession".

He would never budget because it would cause him massive anxiety to see the figures he is spending on gacha.

I could have sworn I heard him once say he budgeted, I think in response to someone in chat who told him he should after some fake emergency. More likely than not he's said both.

You do pick up a little latin if you're studying biology at a tertiary level, but that's only from the scientific names of things such as Tyrannosaurus rex, which translates as "King of the Terrible Lizards". Not exactly the kind of thing you'd learn in a business degree.

I feel like he has as well during some snippy segment in a fundraiser stream, but we may both be thinking of his vague promises in July 2020 that he would eventually be able to start budgeting really soon (tm).

Prior to this he described budgeting in any more than a broad sense and saving to be concepts that any adult understands are not possible or reasonable.
If he has mentioned it since then, and implied he is budgeting now, then he is saying it just because he declared bankruptcy and knows that if he isn't budgeting now, it would expose him as being as financially irresponsible as he actually is.

It ultimately doesn't matter too much, because if a budget did exist, he would just use it to min/max bills versus spending on booze and gacha. He would not disclose any of it to his audience. He won't even give an exact value for something like his mortgage payment, even though that leaked in the bankruptcy docs, just in the off chance some whale was going to give him more than what he needed during his fundraiser.

If he had half a brain, he'd just bookmark @Piece of Peace 's financial doc and use that. It's probably better and more accurate than anything he or his accountant put together in the last 5 years.
At least partly because Piece is trying to find the truth rather than obscure it on legally binding documents...

This is 100% where the money from the tard slapfights went, and we will hear more about the shower still being broken at the end of the month. The implication that he needed the money for his shower, and turning around to spend on a mobile game, really borders on fraud imo, and even though it doesn't meet the legal definition, it definitely would justify a YT ban. This is the fastest/most direct instance of ripping off his viewers yet.

You know back when DSP was going thru his bankruptcy he claimed this WWE Champions shit was one of main reasons his bankruptcy took as long as it did. Now that his bankruptcy is all done and granted. And even more funny after his bank leaks. He doesn't bring this up anymore and has completely locked it away in his gin filled brained. He knew before Detractors/Haters had no evidenced of his WWE Champions spending so he could talk shit all day with no issues, no backfiring on him. But now his bank records have been exposed. It's an automatic ban if you even mention WWE related questions outside of what's going on in the WWE that week. And even then DSP blows it off like he doesn't know anything, while at the same time knowing everything that's going on in the WWE/AEW.

Yea he has no idea how to spin the leaks. What's he gonna say besides vagaries? That people stole his account years ago and made purchases to make him look guilty? That it wasn't his bank account despite supposedly ruining his life? That he buys the same albums on iTunes over and over again for the exact same price? The best he can do is memoryhole it completely and just make vague statements about conspiracy theories, he has to be super careful. He lives in such a fragile construction of lie upon lie, if his audience weren't complete tards that forgive his abusiveness and scamming, it would have fallen apart a long time ago.

He had a prestream dedicated to discussing the bank leaks.

He didn't explain shit. He just kept repeating that he was the victim of a concerted effort by a group of people (false, it was done by one person) working to perform identity theft.

He was going on about how he was being advised by someone on thing he can and cannot say about it, which gave him an out to not discuss the actual spending details.

Not only did the bank leaks give the irrefutable proof of his ridiculous spending habits on luxury items, as he was crying poor and begging for donations to save his home, it also proved that his bankruptcy submission was fraudulent.

He even said that he might address it in a few years from now. Maybe after the statute has run out on any possible chance of him being prosecuted for bankruptcy fraud.

He did. It was a while back but he got onto a stream saying that he finally sat down and did a budget. It was an obvious lie but he did say it.

He really should use all of the stuff compiled here. We have his pay, bank statements, charts and graphs for every month and year. Honestly he could save a ton of money on his "tax guy" if he just downloaded all of the forms from here.

He also said Kat and him were going to deep clean his office weekly so there is that as well...

I too think Phil is not in the will, he used to be but I think his relationship with his parents is frayed and they put their energy into the adopted sister/cousin whom Phil probably despises. He never talks about her at all and has dropped almost nothing on her.

If one of the parent(s) goes into assisted living in CT their savings will get depleted fast hence why old people go to Florida as its way cheaper. The sister is probably in control of the estate though because I think Phil's parents distrust him a lot with money. They always either buy and send him things or outright pay for the transaction like flying etc.
