Probably a lot of artists end up in this sort of shit these days. The quick and easy way to get clout and notoriety these days is to double down hardcore on smut. The more niche and weird you do it, the better. Because if you want to do something within the realm of normalcy like pieces of horror or action, there is an inmensely fierce competition for attention and you're in for a long run to carve a name for yourself.
